Another one didn't bite the dust this time, this is probably the 6th one like this I have had though my shop like this. previous ones needed repair to the one key board, and LEDs and a new armature assy, but this one still worked.

They usually survive. I recently repair a Milwaukee hammer drill and a impact driver that been submerged on a recent flood.

in my experience the non fuel are more likely to survive the harsh work environment than the fuel, when it comes to inclement weather damage, or submersion.

Wash, disassemble, finish washing, dry, bake if need be, as long as you dont use it while wet its fine, same goes for all electronics. It used to be a standard procedure to wash your computer motor boards in a dishwasher

I would've hit it with the Dremel b4 putting it back together

I did, I just didn't show that detail of removing the scale on the case.

@@BBQandStreetCars the avg watch time is so minimal I try to keep it as short and sweet as possible and long form videos seem to deter a lot of people that's why Ive been posting more shorts, I do a lot of repairs daily, but not everything I can film.
