Here I cover the best setups I found to deal single target damage in those boss fights and also compare my results versus other classes such as Wizard, Barbarian and the improved Ranger! Thank you for making this video. My fighter is 81k IL and this is my exact setup but it is hard to climb pain giver with better AOE classes in party. I was considering switching to tank but you have shown me that I am indeed on the correct path.

From what I remember, in your last analysis of the thaumaturge wizard it didn't reach this result of 14... but rather 12... how does it now say that the wizard has this result?

I did not post a video of the mod 28 test. But it is with higher item level from the celestial enchants and a slightly stricter power rotation.

The cw rotation is switching at wills to proc smolder then switching back. No one will be able to maintain it on console so those CW numbers are not actually Real. Any dummy can stand in front of a dummy and run macros on pc. Not realistic....

the fighter dreadnought has the same one as the barbarian blademaster, yes. No idea why they never added a special one for fighter dps path

Fighter have maybe the hardest hits. Its just hard to sustain the damage. Good in pvp tho. Have you tried determination in a artifact call with Toad?

determination is not worth when you consider all the other damage buffs you have and the fact you must cast if after your first set of encounters or you lose so much damage by not using tacticians. Your 2,500 mag daily is much better

@@Aragon- Yes. That can be. Good to know. But in a pvp setting its nice to use. But in pve artifact call maybe the 2500 mag outshines it.

As a one of few endgame fighters i can add my 2 cents: 1. Take note- testing on dummies as a mele class doesn't reflect what we have in the game, and it it looks ok on a paper but in reality there are situations as a mele you can't even make full rotation on artifacts call. 2. Animation canceling with bind have no right to exist since you are no able to generate vengance with it- so there is no even point to show it 3. From my experience Anvil of doom is better in situation like TOMM/ZARIEL -basicly solo content and pure dps where you have 1 enemy and no other mobs. Situation is different when you have strong mobs around you like MDPW second boss and let's say succubus respawn next to you, and this is where Knee breaker shine because you can prone mobs and gain Combat advantage on them so you have no worries about positioning + prone can really save your life becauasse mobs can just kill you in 2 hits 4. Revengence look good on paper also, there are no situation when boss hit you (eventually you got agro but you are insta dead then), but there are almost no situations like this you can proc revengence frequently, not even working on mobs and it range and radius is way to small (it is maximum of 1% of my dmg in ACT) 5. Fighter struggle in mixed content where you have mobs and boss mixed together- our single target is not good for mobs and our aoe is not good for boss, so classes like TR/CW are making DPS fighter looks funny. 6. overal performence as a fighter is very average, you can make all contrent with fighter but classes like TR/HR will outdps you for even 30% for now. PS. Barbarian Single target is actually better than fighter after changes.

Couple of comments man. 1. Be careful with Enduring Vengeance as during artefact call, there are many situation in which you may drop below 50% Vengeance and as such lose the buff. (50sec until max stacks again). While yes Combat Superiority is the less damage increase it is by far more reliable and results in greater sustained damage. 2. Taking damage increases our damage dealt via revengeance, so a fairer test should be done on a standard dummy 3. Regarding your testing rules, ending the test after the last artefact call artificially inflates your encdps 4. The bigger difference on animation cancelling our at will is the AP generation (so much so that griffons isnt necessary for AP gen on a 2x 30 basis) this may be a problem due to macros? 5. Careful with mowdown, ani cancelling it too fast will cause tacticians to not proc 6. I don't think your Barb build is correct for max encdps ... but im not expert. Also consider which powers grant +proj, or +phys etc in these comparisons.

2, you can check the log, and revengeance is as little as 2% overall. Correction: less than 1% on my top test. I used it 5 times total. 3. yes, it shows the max possible dps after that the time. That is the intent, otherwise you can very easily stop at different times with different test and result in variations. And someone can do the same test and claim they end it at a certain time but actually end it slightly earlier, resulting higher dps. So to be safe and fair to all tests i end at this same time for all tests, which is the max Dps you will have after the 3 min mark! 4. yeah not seeing this ap gain. never enough to do 2 dailies in exactly 60s 5. 3 days testing, never had that issue 6. Feel free to go back and watch my barb video like this one, and you can see the comparison with the different setups i used.

@@Aragon- 2. 2% is higher than what it is in content usually, but it is minimal. 3. Ending after 4th artefact call in a 3minute test is an extra arti call per 60min, which may happen in content but is not great for comparisons to the average. 4. Try increasing duration of your tab cancel, but idk enough about macros to help you here 5. Has to be reeallly early (like having to dodge immediately after mowdown cast. 6. Yeah no worries, just have seen different build floating around.

entirely depends on the content and how skilled and knowledgeable the players is, and how good a healer and tank you have. Too many variables to make any certain conclusion.

Basically in ToMM, damn near the best. But in mGR etc, similar skill pilots would only beat warlock, cleric, maybe a barb

Fair warning if you play fighter, idk if it’s just a console thing or not but when you die while blocking you can’t use a scroll to revive, which can be very detrimental.

If you die while in Dig-in, you can still use a scroll. If you use your normal block, however, then yeah....

Lol xD that's not swarm, that's the artifact xD And the augment is there, cause I do not want to include striker damage in the tests, as that's not at all representative of your class damage
