Detailed tutorial about how to remove and replace drive belt and tensioner.
Drive belt replacement interval: 120 000 km or 6 years.
Belt tensioner damper replacement interval: 180 000 km or 10 years.
Drive belt - OEM number: 9813908180
Belt tensioner damper - OEM number: 9826265880
The procedure is the same for all cars with the engine 1.5 BlueHDi.
The car model in the video is Peugeot Rifter GT Line Long (L2), 1.5 BlueHDi 96KW / 130k, manual transmission M6.

Do you know if the injection pump needs to be timed up when doing timing belt? Everyone says on hdi there is no need but I am unsure 🤔

Excellent video, thanks. What is your odometer (120.000 km?) If it wasn't too expensive I would have changed the damper pulley also, these are rubber filled and tend to get hard over time, giving a coarse idle at best...
