This is an excellent video! I have pain in the shoulder area when I do AB-rollouts standing. The futher I go down and the more I extend my arms, to more pain I notice. Tips are very welcome 🙌🏼

take care of your shoulder mobility (ido portal method + sleeper stretch would be enough) and dont lose protraction and depression. The ab rollout is a lats and serratus anterior exercise! Also I encourage a good grip and elbow lock

thanks for the tips ! what's the best tip for Back lever and Human flag ?

The tip for backlever and human flag would definitely be resistance bands this I think is the fastest way to gaining these moves with good form. If not, for the human flag do jumping negatives, so hop up and try and slow your descent as much as possible, do around 5 reps a set of this on each side in a progression that in manageable for you!

@@prolanderxd253 yeah, most of them, but for example caruso was invented by a calisthenics athlete, and inv. butterfly was never done by any gymnast

What Rack are you using? I am really looking for a Rack like that to put my rings on because my ceiling is not stable enough for screws and such. The pull up Rack in your video might be the solution to my problem, so I would be very happy if you could tell me whats the name of it (because the Link in the description is not available in my country)

Good video but feels so weird to give tips for inverted buterrfly,zanetti and caruso and then about elbow lever,skin the cat and push ups 😂😂

@@TheJackedVegan an in depth would be very helpful man! :D it's a hit or miss exercise for me. Like one day my activation of my upper back is on point. Then today I'm floppy as a fish. As you mentioned in the planche tier list. It's not a well known exercises to beginners. But I really feel that it helps the planche a lot. Specially in protraction :D

I'll soon be using Gornation Rings as my rings really aren't good rings, just random ones from amazon I bought years ago, my dip bars are from DECATHLON. The've now made ones with adjustable height which may be very good

Initially yes my joints would hurt over time, but as long as you aren't overtraining and give the joints time to recover this pain shouldn't persist, and even lessen overtime

1:25 Azarian is not front lever pull to back lever and so on, Azarian is just iron cross with the rotation of your body to the left or right. Or am i missing something?

I came across this as well, you’re not mistaken. From what I gathered originally in the gymnastics community ‘Azaryan’ is the move you’re referring to but somewhere along the line in the calisthenics community ‘Azarian’ became the move I talk about in this video 🙌🏾

I see! Yeah the gymnast in the video was looking at the crowd and kind of showboating , as it wasn’t an official routine, whether that counts as the Azaryan I guess that’s up for debate!
