1 bowl of rice with 2 eggs! I've never had such an easy and delicious leftover rice
Ingredients and recipe:
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl
Add some salt and black pepper
Mix well
Chop 1 green onion
Add to the bowl
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese
Mix well
Add 200g cooked rice to a bowl
Pour the egg into the bowl
Medium-low heat
Pour olive oil into a pan
Scoop some of the rice into the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat
Flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!

Now I know what I'm going to do with my leftover rice in the fridge,never would I have thought to do this,I don't have any onion and I only have cheddar cheese to put with the egg,but I will definitely try it today,thank you,much appreciated.

I learned this dish years ago in Japan, the only difference was that they cooked it all together, and then cut it in slices like a pizza. Absolutely comfort food for me! You can also do this with leftover pasta and it's good, too!

Nice, I just made this for my wife as Mothers' Day Breakfast.. It's delicious.. Good thing to know: If you scale for more than one bowl, just add 1 egg per bowl not 2, so if you make two bowls worth of rice use 3 eggs not 4

@@animeisreal8492 Bacon is a marvel. I've even had chocolate-covered bacon. It was interesting, but good. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood of the store that sells it, I pick some up. But as for things bacon would not be good in, how about: Milk shakes S'mores Tea Coffee Coca-Cola/Pepsi Cold cereal with milk Milk Cool Whip Cotton candy Pumpkin pie (but I think it would probably do great if you topped a piece of apple pie with a crispy slice of bacon) Toothpaste (though they used to have bacon-flavored toothpicks, and I think they toyed with the idea of bacon-flavored dental floss)

At first I thought this would be a fried rice video, but I was pleasantly surprised when they added a twist to it and made them into fried rice patties. I'm definitely gonna try this.

I love making egg fried rice for myself and i only use eggs and rice and its crazy delicious so you can add these extras to taste or just try it with an egg only...you might enjoy it also...xxx

Didn't use day old rice. It's better to use day old rice when cooking it in oil like that cause the starches in it are better for you than freshly cooked rice.
