I'm so excited to share this class with you and I hope you love it as much as I did! Quite a few people have requested a full length yoga flow, so here it is. :)
A 60+ minute mindful sequence to help you get out of the head and into the heart. ✨
We'll begin with seated breath-work incorporating a technique called '4-part breath' to calm the mind. Then we will move into our warm-up, main sequence, standing postures and end with gentle grounding stretches + (the best part) savasana.

I did this for the first time today, and I don't know why, but I cried at one point. This never happened to me before, I just bawled my eyes out mid arsana. Just want to thank you for literally introducing me to yoga, and helping me process unpacked emotions. I'll keep doing this. So much love to you.

What a great experience to find what deep pain, sorrow and unwanted emotional anger coming through with yoga. An internal healing mechanistic excercise for healing the mind ,body and soul

its finally warm enough to take my yoga mat outside so i did this practice in the sun, listening to birds & squirrels & nature. i love that this practice was focused on a lot of heart opening/backbend asanas because i really felt like i was opening myself to nature and the universe. thank you so much!

This is great!! Feels like I'm at the yoga studio with the teacher but this just needs a mat at home. It feels like a "full" class, from the breath work, the drill, and closing up with the much needed savasana. Thank you so much for the video ❤

I just wanted to say how much I LOVE your classes. I stumbled across one of your Restorative Yoga classes the other day and was blown away. Your sequencing and serenity of your voice just took me to another place. I then did a class for back & hip pain and today your 1 Hour Mindful Yoga Flow. I am now a convert... 10 months ago my husband & I had a total sea change leaving Perth (Western Australia) to drive 2000km north to work on a family cattle station. I had been practicing yoga seriously for the past 6 years so I had to turn to online classes as I am 2.5 hours from the closest town. I have always loved the physical aspect of yoga but over the last 2 years I have learnt to appreciate the benefit that the spiritual/mental side of yoga also offers you. Yoga has helped me cope so much better with life challenges particularly at the moment with COVID19. We were suppose to visit our daughter who is living & working in Canada for 2 months (should have been there now) (& our son lives in Perth who we are also unable to visit) so naturally I have my good & bad days but practicing yoga daily has helped me cope so much better and I try stay positive that it won’t be to long until we can visit. I have tried many classes with many different teachers on KZfaq & am so glad to have found your classes. I love the variety of your classes & look forward to practicing with you again very soon... This was very challenging for me because of limited flexibility. I almost quit part of the way through but I grabbed my blocks and kept going. So glad I did. I will definitely revisit this one often. Thank you, Jess! You have become my favorite online yoga instructor. 🙏

I have only been doing yoga for a few weeks and you have definitely become one of my favorite yoga instructors. You have excellent cues, good combination of poses, the flow is natural, the video quality is superb. I love how you only place soft music in the final resting stage. What a wonderful class, Jessica. I've not had a real-time live yoga class since the autumn of 2019 (of course), and with YT's help discovered yin yoga as the way to go. But the YT algorithm helps in many ways and led me to your channel, where this is the third of yours I've worked with. Never knew about pressing the knees into the ears in plow as a head soother --- thank you so much! Namaste

I have been suffering a lot with aching stiff muscles, problems with my digestion which have both affected me mental health. I have just done this workout and feel the best I have in a long time. So thank you for another great workout.
