$1 MILLION BAIL: Lori Vallow court appearance in Idaho

4 жыл бұрынThe wait for Lori Vallow's return to Idaho is finally over.
The mother of two kids with Arizona ties who went missing after moving to Idaho appeared in front of another judge soon after being extradited from Hawaii.
She returned to Idaho on Thursday, and her court appearance is scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m. Vallow hasn't been in Idaho since Nov. 26th, however, this is where she will stay, in Madison County Jail.
On Thursday, the FBI released a statement, asking the public for tips in connection to Vallow's missing children, JJ Vallow, 7, and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan. The FBI says Vallow and her brother, Alex Cox, and the children drove to Yellowstone National Park on September 8 in a 2017 Ford F-150 with an Arizona license plate CPQUINT.
The FBI is asking for anyone who may have photos or videos to call 1-800-THE-LOST.

it takes time. If they violate her rights in any way. The whole case can be closed and she can walk. That is how murderers get away. They forgot to read them there rights. Bingo! She is free. We are all considered innocent till proven guilty and there is a process that must be followed.

Exactly. Remember this woman believes she is a prophet of god and this court has no authority on her. She believes her actions are ordained by god. Those poor children I would say are no longer with us, as they stood in her way to be a prophet. All she has to do is stay quiet and what will eventually happen to her, probably nothing. Generally people always crack though. At this time she woukd be hating her children right now as there memory is stopping her ministry. Basicly she in a psychopath. This is what I think anyway. It depends on the jail and court system, but you can in some places have family drop off a suit and or dress in order to look more presentable in court. But I speak from a federal court system that I worked in 🤷♂️

If she bonds out I hope they keep EXTREMELY close tabs on her..because I feel like she'd be a huge flight risk. They need to track her every move. Having said that, other than just claiming to them her kids are ok, does anyone know if she's ever made any claim to law enforcement about where they supposedly are or who'd they be with? The whole idea that something was maybe done to the kids in Yellowstone, just thinking of the size and all the places in there, makes me worry about the possibility of finding them.

You're comparing Idaho to New York. There are different state laws, different judges, different prosecutors, paid attorneys by the defendant, so different economic circumstances, and that's just to name a few. If you're going to overlook all of that and just boil it down to race, you have a very simplistic and jaded view of the world. While race might play a part, and it shouldn't, there are many more factors here. That said, what happened to Kaleif, and that he took his own life is horrible. This lady needs to go to prison for life, and would do the world a favor if she took her own life.

It’s pretty simple, it was a welfare check, welfare checks out good, they are all done but that’s obviously not the case. Minor children verses disclosing tax records/bank records are just not comparable for obvious reasons.

She could have voluntarily produced her children, when the cops got a warrant for her to produce them. She voluntarily fled out of state when the cops had a warrant for her to produce her children. The Golden question! If there is a welfare check, there is a reason. Her pleading the 5th to the wherabouts of her children, is BS. The courts not deamanding any answer, is truly baffling. Her pleading the 5th for her missing kids should = contempt and therfore charges of possible homicide/obstructing justice. The Dept of child services now have missing children, they can't do a welfare check, they are no where to be found.. Charges for homicide can be made with out a body, it would be circumstantial.
