4 жыл бұрынA day after Lori Vallow, the mother of two missing children with Arizona ties, was arrested in Hawaii, she has made an appearance in court.
According to officials with the Kauai Police Department on Thursday, Vallow was arrested on a warrant issued by Madison County, Idaho. She is accused of multiple offenses, including desertion and nonsupport of dependent children, resisting or obstructing officers, criminal solicitation to commit a crime, and contempt of court.
Idaho authorities are accusing Lori of abandoning Joshua "JJ" Vallow and Tylee Ryan, delayed law enforcement's attempt to find them, encouraged an individual not named in the statement to delay law enforcement's attempts to find the children, and failing to obey a court order to produce the children to Idaho authorities.
JJ and Tylee were last seen in September 2019. Their disappearances have uncovered a complicated sequence of events related to Lori and Daybell, including details surrounding the death of Vallow's former husband, Charles Vallow, details surrounding the death and subsequent burial of Daybell's former wife, Tammy, and allegations of cult membership.
In late January, authorities in Idaho say a child protection action was filed on behalf of JJ and Tylee, and that a court has ordered Vallow to physically produce the two children to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare in Rexburg within five days of being served with the order.
Authorities in Hawaii say there is no indication that JJ and Tylee are on Kauai.

I have little doubt he will be in handcuffs before this all over as well. Lori didn't display this behavior before meeting him. After meeting him, she abandoned her husband and kids. Her husband died five months later, her kids disappeared 7 months later and his wife died 8 months later. She didn't believe herself to be a god until after meeting him. By all accounts, she was a good wife and mother prior to meeting him. I'm not excusing her behavior whatsoever but to think chad is completely unknowing or innocent is far from the truth. He definitely played a huge part in this and imo is the puppet master of it all. I hope they both receive the death penalty

@@scentlessapprentice88 he received the $450,000 when his wife died☠️ & she received $225,000 when her husband was (?) murdered☠️; however, they have gone on vacations, rented the house in Hawaii, Idaho & have leases on their vehicles in Hawaii + attorneys must be paid in advance or put on retainer. So who knows how much money is left. If she bonds out, it would be 10% +the bondsman's fee, which should be more than what They have left.

Honestly once you leave any city in the US, getting rid of a body where it'll never be found isn't that hard. Especially Idaho with all the woods. Unless she confesses they'll never find them. Sad.

The answer is, “An Oregon man who died and “dissolved” after falling into a boiling, acidic hot spring at Yellowstone national park last June.” Hence, Lori’s drugged both Tylee & JJ’s water. Passing out the brother carried Tylee, and tossed her into the boiling, acidic spring, naked and then repeated with JJ. Once the zombies 🧟♂️🧟♀️ were disposed of. Lori and her brother left Yellowstone Park. The final person to murder was the brother. Lori as she did for Chad. Cook a meal that was laced with a heart stoping drug. Ending the family tree so Lori could now be with Chad. Chad brainwashing of Lori brought the doomsday plan into action.

@Charmed Life Tylee being chopped up & JJ smothered ... is horrifying. We all knew with our intuition the children were dead 💀 but this case is mind boggling. These children had a associate path mother. Chad do you think influence Lori or did she influence him? Both are the zombies 🧟♂️ 🧟♀️

Lori Vallow, and her new husband killed her two children quite a while ago. They are buried in a wilderness/deserted area in Idaho.

Exactly. Check every cliff, cave, and any other hiding spot. Maybe they could use drones to check the area... It would have to be an area where there's low foot traffic, somewhere that wouldn't have witnesses. I mean, if she was wandering around, someone would have seen her, you would think. Are there surveillance cameras at the entrances? If they could see without a shadow of a doubt that the vehicle left without her in it, they'd know where she is. Ugh. Can't believe how sick these people are.

If you want to keep her in jail, they have to have evidence & a basis to keep her there. They can arrest her early & then the judge would release her. Takes time. Not solved in 60 minutes like on TV.

These guys are doing a far better job than the Keystone cops back in Idaho who didn’t even know there was a large insurance policy on dead husband and dead wife and willing to accept that it was all a strange mishap. Let’s hope the FBI is involved, otherwise these two will probably get off with a slap on the wrist

MegaTriumph1 it’s not the Hawaiian police fault they had to wait from Idaho for the arrest warrants. Idaho should have acted after they gave her the deadline of 01/30 to reveal where her children were.

Don't you think she would rather do that at this point than continue with the legal repercussions? It just makes me feel like she doesn't have children to produce. We will find out soon enough. The police department works for the government, and people who want to live under the government and reap the benefits of it pay taxes not because they want to but because they have to. So no you dont subjectively pay directly to them to protect you.
