Former Marine, about to retire from Law Enforcement after twenty years and am ready to change careers. My whole adult life everyone has said I should have been a car salesman and in a couple months I am going to do it. Thankful for your informative videos I am a subscriber and plan on watching all of them. In the military and law enforcement you fight how you train. In this business you will sell how you train so it’s important and I appreciate the passion it’s motivating.

I’ve been a motor mechanic here in Australia for almost 30 years. I own my own repair business and it’s so top heavy with running costs. I’ve been following Andy for about 18 months and in that time I’ve prepped my business for sale, started studying his courses and begun exercising so when the time comes I hit the ground running! Hey Andy, new salesman here, and your videos are helping me so much. I started selling on July 11th. at then end of July i had sold 3 cars. This month I started stronger, its now the 11th and I have sold 4 cars, plus one pre sale of a car that will not be here till September. I have been doing much better of holding my gross lately, and just loving it. thanks for the videos!

I think what I find the most encouraging about all this is the emphasis put on work ethic. Look, we all know there is a natural god given talent to sales. Charisma is something you're either born with or not. But despite that fact, there is not substitute for "the fundamentals" of success. For all the natural angles one can utilize in sales, even the non "natural" salesman can work themselves into a very lucrative career. The fact is, people are inherently lazy so that leaves the window open for the grinders to thrive.

@@AndyElliottOfficial I've only been in sales for 2 months. And now we are beating the other stores in our dealership network. How? I train 2-3 hours per day watching your videos (and other sales training videos) because there is a lot of downtime in the sales game. So I dont waste it. I've developed my own hyper diligent CRM schedule for myself. My co-workers have noticed and want to get on board with me so now Im training the group. Sadly our dealership group offers no CRM guidance or enforcement so I have developed my own from taking notes from these videos. Our close ratio is double our sister stores while we get 75% less traffic. And now we are starting to outpace their unit sales when traditionally they were doing 3x our store before I arrived. And our gross margins are an average 50% higher than the other stores in our dealer group. I'll text you for sure. Im always looking to do better. We will need it considering the impending recession. The margin for error will get smaller and smaller.

Been in the car sales business for about five years now. Just started at a Nissan dealership in Topeka Kansas. I'm really looking to step into this dealership and become #1. Top guy only averages like 15-17 cars a month, and I want to surpass that within three months. Looking for a game plan to get myself rolling in the right direction and take over this dealership. Ive been in financial services, and have been in Kay Jewelers the last 7 years. I feel like its time to go to the next level and Im not sure Kay's is the business to be in. Im on an hourly plus commission and the most commission you can make is 3.25% and you have to sell $960,000. What can I do to make more money for my family.

I work for nations biggest solar company and find myself feeling burnt out because the company consistely drops the ball on our customers. Literally I bet less than 50% of my customers are even happy they went forward with the process. This makes it very challenging to keep that fire lit if I'm being honest.

I'm New to the channel and new to car sales. I have a customer who isn't happy with there interest rate, and said that there credit union could get them a better deal. I honestly have no idea how to close the deal. they put a down payment to hold the car, and love it, but the interest rate it too high for them. What do I do?

I can tell you that their credit Union can’t do a better deal their trying to convince you to lower it! I can tell you 100% not to budge and close that deal! They already have a hold on the car so they want it work your charm and close the deal don’t let them go
