Caicedo has got to be one of our top targets in the summer tbf. The guy has got the ball winning ability of around a similar level to Casemiro and can also play box to box, that means he could either replace Casemiro in a holding role when he's suspended/injured/rested or can even play next to Casemiro as more of a box to box midfielder pushing forward. He's also only 21 years old so he could be a long term replacement for Casemiro plus he's apparently also a Man United fan and is PL proven. He would probably cost £70-80 Million but considering his age and how good he already is, plus with the massive budget potentially coming in for the summer, why not? Caicedo for £70-80 Million and Sabitzer probably for around £20-25 Million (if he does well on loan) would be solid Midfield signings in the summer.
