This video is for you if you are going through a breakup right now and you're wondering how do I deal with this breakup or how do I get over this person?
Relationship breakups can be one of the most emotionally devastating experiences of one's life. Simultaneously, it can be one of the most powerful crucibles for you to transform yourself into a version of you that you otherwise would not be able to.
And the stand that I'm taking in this video is to open up a perspective for you that will allow you to shift from a place of feeling like a victim to a place of feeling like a creator in your life.
Antifragility [01:49]
It is a concept introduced by Nassim Taleb in his book, Anti-Fragile.
Letting Go Excerpt [02:10]
There is an inborn drive in the unconscious towards wholeness and completeness and realization of self. The unconscious will devise the ways and means of bringing us about even if they are traumatic to the conscious mind.
What it would be like if we really adopted that perspective and we overlaid it across all of the tragedy and all of the things that we can't explain why they happened. If we say this is the mechanism, this is what's happening, our unconscious mind is creating situations for us to come into deeper and greater integration in life.
What does that do to the pain and suffering that you're experiencing now? It might not reduce it necessarily but what it could do is it could bring a certain level of meaning to it.
This antifragility. This idea that our unconscious is orchestrating situations in service of our higher self. And that ultimately, this is around us finding the deeper truth within us by having things externally deteriorate in our life so we can find that true anchor, that core within us. What if this is what it's all about? It's a thought experiment.
I don't expect you to believe it immediately, but I just want to open you up to the idea. Point you in the direction that look when I work with people going through breakups one of the things that I love about it is that there's been this shift under the ocean, metaphorically speaking, that has created this massive tidal wave that's about to hit shore.

I'm 2 months post breakup and so thankful I found your videos. I have been obsessing with all these Get Your Ex Back videos online. And I know it's time for me to move on and stop playing the victim. I love the saying, "You can't win if you don't play." Every relationship has the potential to thrive or fail, and I have to stop thinking I could have done things differently to make things work. You always accept the risk of heartache and loss if you truly put your heart on the line. I should be proud of myself for having the courage to give things a real chance and love someone fully.

I’m going through a very painful broken heart, only happened last week. I also lost my dad just a couple of months ago. The hurt is unbearable but this time I’m getting professional help. I watch my utube videos every morning on the way to work, but haven’t for a couple of weeks now as I’ve just been too sad. When I opened my inbox this morning this video was the first one I saw. It was meant to be, things seem to align when you need it the most. Every single word resonated with me, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart Clayton, it’s exactly what I needed to hear at exactly the right time. Your work is spot on, and so very helpful. I know you’re helping so many of us. Even through the pain I can feel my subconscious telling me things I need to learn about myself, about the lost love and that this is the time to learn and grow into the best version of myself. Thanks again Clayton 💙

Thank you Clayton all your videos have an amazing content. When you quote a book I have to rewind the video many times in order to put together all the words with this deep content, I wish I could read what you are quoting or I could get the words with less speed so they hit my brain stronger . I love your channel thanks for your hard work putting content and videos together.

Thank you so much, Clayton! I feel like I'm experiencing a deeply powerful transformation blossom in my life because of my recent breakup. It has allowed me to see some things very deeply about myself and my orientation to relationships with men that is helping me become a much better version of myself, and therefore, attract better men and even situations in my life. I am deeply grateful for this abundant growth!

Thanks for sharing, Sarah. Yes indeed. I think sometimes we forget that the emotions we feel after a breakup or devastating loss are just more flavors and shades of love. Let's take it all in as precious.

Here is what Lao-Tzu , a most subtle philosopher who lived hundreds of years ago , thought about strength and courage : "To be deeply loved by someone gives you strenght,to be deeply in love with someone gives you courage." Since stumbling upon this quota,on which I meditated countless times, i regard relationships from a changed perspective.Your video is stressing this growth occurring in our souls even in the absence of love even in the face of a failed relationship , thank you much.

I’ve always thought that the real reason younger women go for bad guys with money and thus power to emotionally get to them is that due to the fact that we teach children from an emotional stand point... we need to attain many heart ‘breaking’ experiences until we are emotionally tough enough to keep our children mentally strong through life’s contrast. And then this just helped me even more and reconsolidated my thinking further

Thank you Clayton you have such a practical and great mind...I find everyone i meet pretty much the same kind of men and what i find i liked best in a man the next one lacks that...i always lose the thing i liked best from one to one...why can't i just meet one that is everything? I know no one is perfect...im not looking for that..im looking for someone who bearable with not too much of the things that drive me bananas...i need help...it hurts to let relationships go so i just think of what i hate about him to get me through heart break

When you think your problems are bigger than they really were and then you let them pressure you and it causes depression over some time and you mess up the best relationship you've ever had and you end up breaking it off and in heat of moment saying things you didnt mean and then the person blocks you and says they never want to speak with you again. And it was all a mistake and you cant even explain yourself. I've been thinking about this over 9 months and I honestly am not going to be able to get over it or overcome it. I realize the problems I had were all me and I figured them out but now what. I'm not going to be able to replace this person because no other person will match up to the things they were. I have only long distance friends and dont trust people due to todays society being mostly not real or genuine so I stay to myself.. I guess I will have to seek out therapy soon because I cant have another bad year.

fernandasupercat a couple things... Are you holding on to hope that you’ll get back together? Is there something you wish you said but didn’t? Are there any ways you showed up that you need to take responsibility for? Often times it’s not missing the person that has us be held hostage in pain, but rather regret, incomplete communication, or hope of something coming back.

Also, I am just loving how you're unfolding over the years. You're right on point. High quality, insightful, organized mind which shows in the way you communicate, connection to higher spiritual purpose/reality, genuine care for others journey. You're an example of how when we step into our passion/what calls us we help shape and influence others in an uplifting way, in a way that would be less supported had you not stepped into it. "Make a gift of your life and lift all mankind." David R Hawkins Your work resonates with me and has helped me tremendously. Things I already think and see, but broadens it, adds to it, and triggers new ideas, and that sense of "Hey there are other people who see it this way too. You're not alone."
