​@@Nubako463 Mine is 2X5X300m at 60% which for me is about 51-53 seconds with 3 minutes rest between each and 6 minutes after the first 5. I think Aeron would say something similar.

can you do a video on how to get your body into the habit of the invisible technique? I have done the drills of The Sprint Project for about a month, but when I actually go out into the track to train, I found my body to do my old habit of running, and my legs lagging behind my body.

Are you required to run under coaches provided by Nike or can you choose your own coach? Is having a sponsor required to become a professional track athlete or could you just run “unattached”

Got your email, thanks! Requirements with coaches changes per contract but it’s not standard. It’s not required to have a sponsor but it is typical that if you’re good enough to get a lane in a pro race, you have a sponsor

Sprinters need to do Explosive Training, that will develop their explosive starts.

if you run anything faster than 10.6 and ur gpa isn’t lower than a 3 you should be fine

It’s pretty important but the faster you are, the easier it is to get by with your grades as long as you keep yourself in a good academic eligibility zone
