1 Year Skinny To Muscular Body Transformation At Home.
Thank you for watching my 1 year body transformation! Going from skinny to muscular is tough enough and even harder when you don't have the resources you wish you had, but the sky is the limit and It all requires you to take action. An at home body transformation is something many people out there who don't have gyms have to do & It's just been the best journey for me and I'm so proud to be able to motivate others who are also wanting to make their own skinny to muscular transformation. There’s no set look that people should have after working out for this set amount of time. Everybody’s genetic build is different some people are just gifted in genetics and can build muscle very easy.

I’m 6’2” and 135lbs. This has gotten me started on my journey. I’m gonna go pick up some protein powder and a set of dumbbells the next paycheck I get! Thank you brother.

I'm 6'2 as well but 65kg (142lbs) and I've started going to the gym a few weeks ago, not seeing much change yet but I know the first couple months can be pretty demoralising because you see little change at the start. Going to keep going and see hopefully see good progress by the time summer starts!

@@Infinity777z I'm now sitting at 68-69kg and even more motivated now than when I was when I started. It's amazing how much stronger I've got in the just under 2 months that I've been going. I am noticing small changes in my physique without the pump which is showing me that it is working and I need to keep putting in the work.

This is somotivating! As a 13 year old who has been working out for more than a year, I havent made the best progress due to covid. But you made me realize you dont need the gym or lots of equipment, just your mindset, the floor, and a few dumbells and that backpack. Thanks so much you have changed my mental and physical status!

@@runa9306 lmao good motivation first thing I gotta do is get my diet more proper since I have an unnaturally quick metabolism for my weight. So that will be one of the things imma pull through but might be hard some days beside the workout. Working out does feel good though so I hope that I'll get a good schedule in that aspect.

@@Willy_Wanka Well always watching body transformations on youtube isn't a good way to maintain motivation. You gotta find that motivation from within yourself, not from youtube videos or speeches, because then you will be unmotivated within a day or two and that's not reliable. Remember, don't go on youtube to look at body transformations or fitness influencers telling you that "You can do it!" and fluff words like that, cause that "motivation" you get from these videos is your brain jerking off to words. It stops working to find the true motive in fitness and it associates motivation with people telling you things your mind likes and start craving. So that's what i would do to find motivation, i would start asking myself why do i wanna be fit? Because of the health benefits? Ooor is it to impress that fine girl at school?! Whatever it is if its sustainable long term, USE IT! Along the way you will find more things to motivate you for sure.

To all the skinny guys in comments... I used to be very skinny and had no confidence at all. I was doing some workouts here and there but one thing was obviously missing - diet. It is true when they say you can't overtrain a bad diet. When I finally started taking care of my diet (which I created online, from dietarize) my body responded very well and I managed to put on some muscle. I started out because of the girls, but now they are the least reason I exercise. I do it to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.

@@superscience4817 I suggest calorie surplus but take protein shakes eat lamb salmon lean beef tuna there are more but I suggest looking up cooking channels on high protein foods btw u should be getting by a gram of protein per pound of body weight

Bro keep going cause i wanna see your transformation in 5 years this is what natural transformation looks like in one year dude you inspired me to keep going cause i’ve been doing bodyweight training straight for over a couple days now and started to see results cause last year i did calisthenics but my training was on and off i was lazy then actually until one day i woke up looked at the mirror and looked at myself and i wasn’t happy the way i look so i started training again nonstop no excuses keep moving forward to the goals i want to achieve. You inspired me to get back to workout buddy, can't say how much I needed that I used to workout regularly ( bodyweight training) I was living healthy and training but last year I got diagnosed with abdominal tuberculosis at late stage and I lost 13 kg body weight in couple of months and was almost about to be ending up dead , since then it's all about taking meds and rest so workout has left my life but last month I completed my 9 month medication and now I'm better than before I was thinking of starting workout but was scared to, your video was what I needed so thanks heaps I'll start soon , hopefully it will be good🙏💪

Tbh I think a lot of ppl who say there hard gainers aren’t actual hard gainers just ppl who think there supposed to be gaining large amounts of muscles and when they don’t they think they got bad muscle building genetics when there about average plus diet and training also can effect it cause most ppl in there first year makes lots of mistakes holding back a lot of progress that could’ve been made

After 10 months, I see some progress, though I still seem a bit skinny, but my family says I’m not as skinny as I once was. I feel like I’m not pushing myself as I should be. That lean physique that you have is what I'm aiming for I'm 13 and have literally the same exact body that you had when you started, compared to my average year 7 friends I'm already 'ripped' but I wanna actually bulk up a bit and put on more muscle mass

@@tfelst1147 13 is not too young to start gym training or any weight lifting in fact its very good at this age because testostrone levels are higher during that age when u hit puberty and muscles are way easier to build between the ages of 13-18 than the ages above that ive seen lots of people that started at 13 and look like mega beasts at 14 as if they trained for 3 years.as long as u hit u puberty u can start lifting.Just be careful and get the right techniques of every single workout you do and eat clean with counting your calories and you will be a beast in less than a year

Hey same, I’m 12 but almost 13 and I always liked to do exercises. I’m always the athletic kid in my school and actually got the school record for the “mini” ninja warrior obstacle course. I’m super fast and I’m very strong because everyone says I’m small. (I’m 4 feet 8 1/2 inch) I’m doing many workouts at home and I’m mixing calisthenics with weight exercises. I also have a lean physique but I also do need to bulk up on weight. I’m 76 pounds and I have the same thing as in the video, hypertrophy. I can eat anything but not get fat. I hope to see good results with hard work

Your story inspire me. I'll go back to exercise. Once I was in good safe doing home work out like you do. But soon I became a gamer of mobile legends. I obsessed too much that even I forgot to eat and sleep. Finally my body become worse. My muscle body changed to skinny. @@ktb First do 52 Pushups (4 sets each of 13 reps) with wall for few days and after that do incline Pushups (4 sets each of 13 reps) and you will be able to do pushups, I am just 14 and able to do 100 pushups a day

@@wolfkai8583 Try Dips, Pull Up, Push Ups, and Squats. These are very beginner friendly exercises. Make sure you focus on form and not banging out as many reps as you can. Lastly, make a workout plan with sets and reps that work for you and don’t forget about eating on a calorie surplus (Tip: I would put a timer for every 2 hours to make sure that I’d be eating something constantly, this would expand your stomach). That’s pretty much it and don’t forget to stay committed, some people take longer to reach their fitness goals other not so much, it’s all about the experience and falling in love with your body.
