Max Tech iPad Pro 10.5 is the better deal right now. A10x is still very powerful. Those quad speakers rock and the screen refresh rate is absolutely amazing.

I picked up a 10.5 pro in great condition for $350 a couple weeks ago. The total was $450 after grabbing a pencil. It has all the features I wanted (laminated glass, 120hz refresh, full pencil support), and I think it's my best purchase for the year, so far.

@@hanteroes you should look up for "iPad Pro 10.5 bend test" in youtube. It is technically harder than the new 11 inch model, but still so bendable that in real life they would both bend in all the same situation just as easily. Nobody complained about it in its time. All iPad Pro have been as bendable as now since the beginning. It was just never shown to us in one of the biggest channels in KZfaq for all to see.

the 11 inch has a bigger screen, looks more modern and the apps perform very well. but, the 10 inch has a home button, same mp camera, more ram and slimmer side bezels, and is half the price.

And a headphone Jack. In days of COVID, I don’t need to remove my mask to unlock the screen. Touch ID is fast and unlock can be done with either of my pointer fingers or thumbs. I bought a new 512GB 10.5 for less than $600. Happy with it. If I decide to, I have the option to update with the logitech Apple connector keyboard with touchpad.

if you want a i pad go for 10.5, if you want a portable average laptop with touch screen instead of mouse control. then the NEw 11 inch ( witch is small for a laptop) is yours :D

I had the 11 inch and returned it to get the 10.5. I prefer the screen dimensions of the 10.5 for productivity as the 11 inch is more widescreen (what are they thinking here since it's a pro model... just use it for Netflix???). In addition to that it's not really better in a way that you would notice when you're actually using it to work. It might look more futuristic or whatever, and the pen charging is a cool thing, but that is all in my opinion. When you also consider the 11 inch with 256gb is $949 while the 10.5 256gb can be bought brand new for like $450, it's a no brainer (even if you're rich in my opinion)!

Buy 2018, but not a bent one. I had 3 bent ipads in a row straight from the box. Dislike for thinking bent from the box is not a big deal.

Nobody mentions that the 2018 IPad can only store two Face ID's!!! The 10.5 inch in the case of my 3 person family is a must!!! Moreover, there is a headphone jack and there is no difference among the 10.5 inch and 2018 iPad in real life performance.

At the time I went for an iPad Air 3 instead, which I ended up regretting. Given how much better the Air 3 was than the iPad 5, plus the addition of iPadOS, Photoshop, Lightroom, and the trackpad support, I ended up wishing I had went with the Pro model. Finally upgraded to the M1 iPad Pro 11” and loving it so far! Love being able to actually use the USB-C port for stuff - versus the useless USB 2.0 Lightning connector.

i used to have the old 12.9" and the home button keeps breaking and the screen keeps freezing. The new one hasnt messed up yet but froze once i had to reset it, i think it was just a software issue

Just watched this video and the conclusion is just.... I mean, there's not real value in the conclusion IMHO. This is something that you could say for almost every product and the subsequent iteration (unless the subsequent one is really bad). I think it would've had more value if you could mention under which circumstances each one would be a better value-buy.

It is such a shame, I spent over 900 us for the 10.5 because by then “it was the newest and most powerful iPad ever “ then 5 months later it became an old fashioned device and even with all its power, the new one is almost double fast and powerful; nonetheless by now it worth half of its price..... I felt I got scammed by Apple, this shouldn’t be legal....

The 11” iPad Pro has been around for almost a year already. It came out in early November of last year. Just make sure to keep current on tech before you buy stuff. You should really only buy brand new right when something new gets released.

The 10.5 is good but the quality control of that model is trash. I'm on my third 10.5 already. First had a white spot, then was replaced. The replacement unit worked fine for a year and then the display started flickering and the screen started to have uneven yellowing, and was already out of warranty. I pleaded to Apple to have it replaced even if it's out of warranty since it'll cost me 600 USD here in my country to have a replacement. I was called by Apple today that they'll waive the out of warranty status off, and will send me another replacement. Kudos to Apple's service but I am unsure if I'll keep the replacement or just sell it for a non-pro 2019 iPad (the rumored one).

The newer the ipad who more its bends, that says everry year it is lighter and thinner iff you like that you must buy itt but if you look ad the ipad 2 you see it not bend at all. I think they make it this way so you buy everry year a new one. Fore me i not buy this one its to expensive and fragile. Iff i want do pro stuff i buy a nice pc

Just Never Buy a 64GB model ipad pro. Its just a bait. You take a bite on the apple resulting a total waste of money. Period there are a lot of Updates within ios everymonth. So i rather buy a 256GB ipad pro (2017) wifi+cellular instead . But if i have big money i can go with the 256Gb model ipad pro(2018) just because i like the face id. The big screen. And the processor. Thats it!
