*The 2017 Version was the last one with the the Headphone-Jack and for me as a Musican its very important to have this little Thing, i love my IPad Pro 2017 for that ;)*

@@HSR u do good vids but if you want more subscribers it not really good to beg all the time and if you do want to say it your better off to say it in just an outro. Anyway keep up the great work and you will feel better knowing people subscribed because they want to see more rather than because you asked. Just remember you can have 1M subs but only 100 views so you want loyal subscribers ones that watch you and like it rather than ones who sub and forget. This is my personal opinion I don’t want it to be taken the wrong way because I’m just trying to help you out. Anyway I can’t wait To see more great content

Great. I absolutely love my 2017 model. I just cannot seem to upgrade honestly. I quite like the form factor of this iPad Pro model.

Imagine if they made a cheap version of the 2017 iPad Pro with a 120Hz display and maybe 🤔 a M2 chip. I know; wishful thinking 😇

Amazing video, im about to buy one for around 200 bucks and I was thinking it was too old for 2023, but for the things I want to use it for I think it will do just fine, im mainly looking for a media comsumption device, some light indie gaming and extending my MacBook display since I work remotely with my mb air.

Sweet! I just paid $130 to swap out my 2017 10.5" iPad pro for a factory refurbished unit because my battery was shot. I'm glad to hear that it's worth keeping.

Got the 10.5 and thinking about upgrade, and what iPad to take, a new Pro or Air, has to be M1 chip.

Nice, thanks for the review, I bought my 10.5 back in 2018 still using it today. Compared to the air it has bigger bezels for better handling (like you said), a button for easier access, much easier than face rec (IMO) , higher refresh rate display and it has the headphones jack. But my battery is beginning to die a bit fast, I wonder if it is a good idea to change it at some licensed workshop, because I just don't want to part with all those cool features the it has. In this case obviously newer doesn't mean better.

I have the 2017 2nd gen Ipad pro 12.9 and thought on selling it and get the Ipad Air 5 10" because of size and weight, but never thought about the 120hz-60hz difference.. would you advise me just to keep the ipad pro?

Why you did not show the two displays in action, so we could see the size difference, and moving action?

Because that video is recorded in 59.94p and exported to 60 FPS. It can't capture the smoother screen of the iPad Pro, being 120 FPS FYI I am only shooting in 29.97p now. Thanks

Hey mate, typing this from a 10.5 haha. The air 4 & 5 actually have 2 physical speakers, with 2 more fake grills :p annd they don’t actually have a rear flash, that’s a mic. The 10.5 pro was the last iPad to have ois too. Not even the M1 Pro (or airs) do. And ps, it’s actually the same thickness too compared to the air :p The 10.5 also has a dynamic refresh rate display, but down to 24 fps at the least iirc. It’s just not restricted throughout iPadOS. And I’ve gotten PUBG mobile running at the hdr setting with upwards of 90 fps most of the time with a jailbreak that lets you spoof the device model hah. It certainly can run it, pubg never got to it though welp
