the biggest problem with all those themes is, that a majority of them do not support TSX. The colors always look so strange compared to a JSX or JS file

@@nazar1744 all of those themes are amazing in their own way even if they don’t support tsx - I don’t do a ton of TS React, my work codebase is JSX / Rails

Thanks for the suggested themes, I liked CyberPunk Theme and I didn't use them before. Recently I used the Tokyo Night Theme.

Great video man... The punk dark theme is precisely the type of theme that I have been seeking. The extreme dark background is a significant factor in my experience.🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

I have not used any of those featured in this video but have tried 3 of them. After going thru a dozen, I settled on the theme One Dark Pro and not changed since then.

Most themes are good enough but one thing I hate is how hard is it to find the pane divider. Most of the times you have to resort to use a high contrast theme, which isn't really what I want.

Ended up with Blueberry Banana. it's the color highlights for me, to let me differentiate strings from methods and properties from declearations.

I tend to prefer themes that don't use a grey background, so Cyberpunk immediately stood out to me

Material Theme Ocean High Contrast is criminally underrated :( Best and most practical and crazy great-looking theme ever (as long as it properly indexes code and doesn't display mos of the things in red color)

i just switched off the cyberpunk theme, it was reaady cool, but for now looking into smth red or black-red theme. Didn't find much, using some basic red theme, so if someone can recomment anything i would be much appriciated :)

I experimented with themes for a while, then came to the realization that the VSCode native theme is by far the best one. The only change I made to it is to colour the status bar a grey instead of the bright blue.

@@JamesQQuick sometimes I will spend hours making my vs code and fun in terminal look very pretty and I feel like I'm procrastinating. But it looks super nice. Check out the IBM Plex Mono font. The curlies are the best.
