10 Arm Strengthening Exercises for Quarterbacks and Pitchers: Here are a few of the best exercises to help improve overall arm strength for quarterbacks and pitchers. Part of what helps improve arm strength is actually stretching the muscles as well so we have a couple stretches in there as well. All the exercises can be done with fairly basic equipment and many can be done with no equipment.

how often should i do this as a qb

4-5 times a week as well as throwing consistently

If you have team workouts 4 days a week how often should we be doing these because I don’t want to over do myself

Here's my problem: When I throw without pads on, I can throw lasers and put passes on a line but as soon as I put on pads I can't quite throw as hard or accurate. I also had bad pads for a quarterback and tight jerseys so that didn't help. What are your thoughts on this?

I would say check the pads. That’s the most important thing but the tight jersey probably made the situation worse

@@Performancelabofcalifornia My pads were kind of big this last year and my coach said he ordered pads specific for quarterbacks for this next year. Hopefully it helps but I don't think there's much I can do about the tight jerseys. I think I just have to get used to this and it will just take time.
