The Hexlands mod might be inspired by a game called "Endless Legend", an 4x RTS similar to XCOM or Civilization. There's also an entire map on PlanetMinecraft inspired by the same game that has some crazy custom stuff on it, for those who wanna check it out

If Prehistoric Eclipse turns out to have the realistic dinosaurs of F&A, while also having the high quality animations of Jurassicraft, then it would be a really good competition for both F&A and Jurassicraft.
