@@Masondurlach before people like you started coming into the community and throwing money everywhere and wanting it to be a upper class club like rolex, you could get a high end hardtail or full suspension for the equivalent of 1500 in todays money... but sure, its "worth it" for a piece of metal that doesnt even have any electrical components and cant get you and your family to disneyland... could buy a whole used car for 2000 man, absolute insanity. This has got to stop, late stage capitalism is one hell of a sight.

Commencal clash origin is a good choice too I picked mine up for only 2k in the uk, it’s a mid travel enduro bike and is considerably cheaper compared to trail bike like the giant trance

Ghost amr 2014 is probably the best budget bike coming in with deore groupset and a fox and rockshox coming at the price of only 900 dollars for a new one and 400 for a used one.

Love the bike design kzfaq.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L and functionality. It is hard to align the front tired to center the disk brakes. The brake wheel touches the stationery side of the brake caliper and pad. I aired the tire up to 40 psi as the markings say 40-60psi. Left the house for a few hours and came back to an exploded innertube.All in all it seems to be a good bike. Have not ridden it yet though so that's the max of my knowledge. Update, put a new innertube made sure the tire was set properly and it did the same thing in under 20 minutes as second pic shows.

The best bike is the one who made the front triangle spacious so that you can fit a larger flask, and even in the frame size S, and not as always 0.33mm, this is not funny, how long will this drink last? And on my back, I don’t want to carry a hydropack.

If you can’t afford a full suspension just get a hardtail, they are still good and 2k is a cheap full suspension, 2k for a hardtail will give you much better parts

Wow son you got ripped off ,I just bought a fantastic bike at target reduced price to 74 dollars ,and it's got full suspension ,mongoose standoff ,yep it will beat those chinese carbon frame bikes hands down.Yes sir I sure got a smoken deal,it was priced at 249,which was probably worth every penny.

Actually, if you investigate the manufacturers you will find that they are selling $600 worth of bicycle materials for many thousands. Look at their true costs per bike and you will see the truth about the markup. Most people aren’t going to spend $600 on a single shock for their car. Perspective and reality are very much out of touch in the industry.
