Been doing mostly pushups, pullups and dips for about 2 years now but I've never had an actual routine to follow. This is great for beginners in calisthenics, you just need to be strong beforehand.

I came here and saw beginner calisthenic exercises. It was great, but i realized that im not a beginner. Im apparently a toddler in a world of buffs, so imma just look for some tiddies and do some exercises in the gym before advancing to beginner. Im sure it will take a few years, but thats what it takes to become a real world class beginner! Blood, sweat and tears is the path. Great video thou for when i can actually do these exercises!

Hey Adam going on wk 4 of the 8 exercises to get rid of stubborn belly fat. My stomach has been going down and I’m feeling great. I’d definitely would like to get to this level realistically in about 3-6 months. Not sure if I can do all 10 of these exercises though

I see a lot of people posting about being beginners. To his credit the title does say "best" exercises. I suppose the best is relative but imo none of these are really the best for building a strong foundation in calisthenics. I would consider most of this lost to be either very advanced, or good party tricks. If you're looking to begin here's 5 exercises. 1. Pull ups Even if you can't do 1 pull up there are a variety of exercises you can do until you get there. Once you do, this exercise alone will build a killer back. 2. Push ups The same principle applies to pull ups. If you can't do it work up to it, and then enjoy the gains. 3. Squats with body weight Pistol squats are cool if you can do them, but they can be achieved pretty easily by just doing regular squats with more weight imo. I hardly ever do them, but just from doing pretty basic leg exercises I am able to easily maintain my ability to do them. 4. Planks This is good for the core and will improve your ability to do floor exercises like push ups. 5. What ever you want Honestly I think the first 4 are all you need to build that strong foundation. So with your 5th exercise just choose a skill you want to work on like front level or planche, and get at it. You can pick one of this guy's Top 10 because all of his recs are pretty solid exercises that can improve your ability to unlock these skills, so long as you can do them. 😉

I literally have compression / damage to my C4/5 in my neck, working my hardest to get around it. Imagine working for 45 minutes at 80 percent just to be met with feeling, or being literally sick. Admit to being very defeated. Would more than appreciate what to do... No joke..

Remember when you started and you was very bad at callisthenics... so bad that you wanted to give up... and doing Zumba instead... but No.. you believed in you.. you didn't gave up that day... and doing those BEGINNER EXERCISES from that dude master in callisthenics... step by step after many fails... you did it... Exercise safety with the second one. Most beginners would fall in their head and injure themselves selves, if lucky not serious! Most of this is not beginner for someone with little to no exercise whatsoever! 😮
