My personal rules for casual style: no ripped or distressed clothing items, no logos (I don’t treat my body as an advertisement billboard), no sagging pants, olive and blue chinos are a safe default, woody aromatic and citrus aromatic colognes give a well put together vibe, and collared shirts are your friend.

I learned on THIS CHANNEL, years go, that casual clothes, and even gym gear, should be tailored and on point. What a difference it makes! My Everlane performance chino's are tailored to military precision. Same goes for darting untucked shirts, sleeves, you name it. Man, I'll even tailor T-shirts if I have to. It's worth it. My fellow OG's. I can't back Jeff up enough on the point of making sure your casual clothes are tailored and fit just as well as your dress clothes. I have my jeans and khaki's tailored with the same care as my suits. Spending a little extra for good looking casual shoes makes a Grown Man stand out from the kids out there. Salute!

One thing I would say about dressing casually is that grooming is critical. Make sure your hair, teeth, skin and everything are taken care of and look nice. It is an easy way to elevate yourself above the other guys that just threw on a t-shirt and headed out.

Love the page, as I get closer to 40 it’s easy to want to rock the baggier or looser fitting clothes like I’m used to, this page always snaps me back into reality

Fine video Jeff. Some guys don’t know how to dress casual. Myself I like to wear sweaters and jeans along with my casual boots. The tips you have in the video are nice and very informative.
