My uncle had cancer . He healed himself by staying away from sweets and meats . No processed foods. Only plant based foods . He ate vegetables all day everyday day and if he did eat meat it was only fish . He went back to the doctor 6 weeks later and his cancer was gone 🤲🏽🤲🏽❤️

Stage 4 endometrial survivor here. I chose not to do chemo. After having my affected parts removed, I chose diet and supplements. What I learned goes hand in glove with your video. I chose foods and supplements that A) helped reduce inflammation, and B) increased immunity. If something didn't do one, the other, or both, I didn't eat or drink it. After my surgery, I fired my first oncologist (he wasn't listening to me) and it took me a year to find another (during COVID). My new oncologist prepared me for the worst when he ordered testing. Two weeks later, I went in for results at MD Anderson Cancer Treatment Center in Jacksonville, FL. He was ecstatic to inform me I'm cancer free. Multiple tests since have confirmed it. Additional reviews of my original diagnosis have also been re- and re-confirmed. I don't think it was a miracle. It was research, choice, and an additional fact; I don't have the cancer gene. Why did I get cancer? My guess is the high levels of glucose I was taking for several years to control a genetic disease, and very high stress levels. I'm entering into my 3rd year since I was diagnosed. I take no meds for my physical health. A last thing I will add is about vitamin c. Although it is excellent to help prevent cancer, it does help feed cancer cells if you already have it. An excellent book for more information is what I used for my guide: Naturopathic Oncology by Neil McKinney If anyone here is on this journey, I wish you well.

Hi there, thank you so much for sharing your story here in the comments. I'm so pleased to hear that you have overcome such a late stage cancer, and it surely is pure inspiration for many out there who are suffering. I couldn't agree more with what you are saying, research and understanding is the key to overcoming this. Also thank you for the book suggestion, I'll be adding it to my library. All the best to you and your continued health! 💚

SOOOO happy u are cancer free, Praise God. I do have a question. So Vita C can prevent cancer but can also hurt and feed cancer, allowing it to grow further (I suppose?) If you have it already? Can you briefly offer a bit more on this IF possible. Thx.

I am a colon cancer survivor.of 22 years.I think I got it from eating too much meat ,as I lived on a sheep farm for about seven years and ate a lot of meat when I got the cancer...I had it removed ,and changed my diet completely to mainly vegetables and fish.Thank you so much for your list,its good to remind me of somethings I took at times and one forgets.The survival rate the hospital gave me was not good ,but I have made it with the life change of diet..Thank you so much...

@@HeavenlyLights , that’s a good question. Certain Deli meats with unknown additives like celery salt which is MSG ( monosodium glutamate). Basically if I don’t know exactly what’s in it and that it is free of pathogens then I just passed it by. It’s just not worth the pain and suffering. Even though I found them delicious and oh so satisfying to munch on. I also eliminated sugar treats. Once again delicious to eat satisfying to munch on and yet it’s just not worth the pain and suffering. I substitute my craving for chocolate with one small piece of dark chocolate wrapped (Dove chocolate piece, you know the tiny little ones come in the packages) at the end of my meal. I just pop it in my mouth at the end of my meal and let it slowly dissolve. That satisfies my sugar and chocolate craving. I also make sure I drink enough water to stay well hydrated which also flushes out toxins in my body. No caffeine, as this can deplete cells water content. Hmmm, what else, anything I might be allergic to. I’m sure there must be more but I don’t remember offhand. Please keep a record of everything you consume and start eliminating possible problem foods. Read the labels and I wish you luck and I wish you well

My grandmother ate fresh wild caught fish almost everyday from the coast of Portugal. She ate it with boiled potatoes and veggies dunked in extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. She never ate sweets, hardly ever ate red meat, never smoked, never even had coffee. She had tea from leaves she dried herself. Was thin all her life, had 8 children but still got colon cancer and died at 72. My grandfather that had her same diet, and lifestyle died from old age and without ever having cancer about 20 years older than her. Genetics matter just as much as nutrition and lifestyle.

It's possible there was a life habit she had that he didn't. Some people reject certain specific foods they don't like because of texture or color. My son hated any red or orange and yellow vegetables but loved green vegetables. My daughter told him those were yucky because those were her favorite and she ate all of his that he didn't want. She has amazing eyesight while his is worse than his grandmother's eyesight.

I wonder why people recommend dark chocolate despite it being processed and commonly combined with Dairy and sugar? The beneficial properties are highest in its raw form. Raw cacao powder makes a wonderful hot chocolate or milkshake when combined with unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon and stevia. You can also blend it with healthy protein powders, combine it unsweetened non dairy yoghurt or avocado or ground chia and flax for a dessert. The raw cacao nibs can be used as a snack or sprinkled on food. The raw beans are a good snack too.
@keithb7981

I think the dark chocolate is recommended but only in the higher percentage cocoa products, these usually are not full of dairy and can be found with no sugar whereas most people would not prefer the powder. I've used the powder in all the ways you've described, and it's great, except it's always difficult to fully blend the powder it's somewhat hydrophobic, but it works
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies 2 жыл бұрын
It's an easy way for people to get access to the cacao, and often the dairy is minimal in the higher percentage chocolate. Also the stevia sweetened or xylitol is much healthier, so I wouldn't recommend the normal sugar variety. I personally love using raw cacao powder in smoothies, but I agree with the commenter below, you need a really good blender to dissolve it well. 💚

@@keithb7981 that's really interesting feedback. I like raw cacao as it is actually cheaper than raw cacao bars. A tip I find for dissolving raw cacao - if making a cold smoothie or milkshake style drink simply mix a little of the cacao powder in a few tablespoons of hot water or hot almond milk first. You can also dissolve it in melted coconut oil or EVO too

I buy dark chocolate here in Australia from my health shop which is made with 70% cacao and xylitol. It tastes lovely and I don’t feel one bit guilty indulging in a couple of pieces a day.

I put together a mix that is not very good to drink but seems to be doing good, apple cider vinegar, garlic and onion powder, turmeric and pepper, red reishi mushroom powder, and 5 defense mushroom. I drink this once pre day. Also longer fasting period 30h and more a few times per week. On a side note i give medicinal mushroom to my senior cat and the difference is amazing so they work

Quite a few of these foods I eat daily. I'm just very glad I cook all my food from scratch so I know what goes into it. However I still managed to get the big C a few years ago. Fortunately I am cured now but if cancer could be affected by what you eat there wouldn't be any need for cancer hospitals and their related treatments

I'm probe to rashes and eczema and I cut out refined sugar and I've had no rashes in four months. Sugar also feeds yeast that can be in some rashes on the skin. I also drink plenty of water and I use all organic products such as laundry detergent soaps dish soap etc. It's gotta be real organic without a listing full of chemicals on the ingredient list. That goes for food and household products. I've had eczema quite often for 45 years. Also nothing with a heavy scent either. There's so many uses for baking soda and vinegar to clean your house it doesn't make you your kids or your pets sick!! Use organic
