After a biceps workout? We have a doozy of a session from Men’s Health Elite coach Tom Kemp. This EMOM workout comprises of two bicep exercises. You’ll start with five reps of a standing barbell bicep curl and follow it up with hammer curls for the remainder of the minute you’ll be working. Do that five times, and you’re done.
'This is a brutal finisher you can chuck into your upper-body days or just [grab] a quick pump if you’re going out.' says Kemp.
