Thank you. I'm going to listen to this every day. Currently undergoing my 2nd round of pelvic physiotherapy. Deep down, I know I can heal from this fully. I just need to breathe and let go

Is your insurance paying for both times? I will start my pelvic PT in 4 days. Because of my insurance, I wasn't able to pick my therapist. But I have learned how to to pick one if I could. So now I just hope & pray that Tracy ( her name) will have the knowledge for the multiple prolasp I experience and we find a way to easily manage- if not totally heal 😊

Just got diagnosed with CPPS by my urologist. It’s been only a couple of months with it. But 1) Gods got me 2) I got this. I will overcome this. Let’s GET ITTTT

I teared up a little when you talked about the lotus and healing energy. I enjoy meditation, but sometimes it's the last thing on my priority list when I'm short on time. Thanks for the reminder that healing is not only about the physical aspect.

I LOVE this meditation and do it daily. What is the name of the music playing during the 1 minute breathing by yourself part it is absolutely awesome I need to get the cd or something.
