Kristie, you have lots of videos to choose from. I have started doing this one and the dumbells one, every alternate day for about a month now and I must say that I really feel much better in my body. It is also very motivating to watch you and doing the exercices with you. Thank you for all this.

I'm trying to get in the habit of doing this first thing in the morning. It does help the body. I used to hear snap, crackle, pop in my cereal, now at 71 years young, I hear it in my body when I do this routine.

Yup! Although it's nothing magical:) I follow 80/20- 80% whole foods (veggies, fruit, whole grains, lean meat) and 20% other stuff!

While searching stretches after proximal hamstring repair/ sciatic scar surgery I came across your channel and the rest is history!!! I even showed your channel to my physical therapist and she agreed that I should definitely incorporate some of these for my "at home" therapy in addition to what i do at the clinic. Good morning, I would like to give you my compliments for your teaching and advice. Not only are your sessions organised and clear, they are also gentle but strong and intense. They make our muscles work in the proper way avoiding hurting ourselves. The explanations you give us are precious especially for people like me who have suffered some injuries. I have finally found "Music-proofed" training videos that allow us to hear and follow your instructions just as to listen and feel the efforts we are making!! There are tons of billions of podcasts but as far as I am concerned you are who and I was looking for.

Dr K..I am a Gulf War Veteran....you are better than the VA ...I have back problems...we used to call it "duty belt backlash"..its from carrying heavy weight on mid and lower back while running up and down slopes/uneven ground and obstacles....this exercise is awesome..loosens my lumbar..thank you and bless you

I am trying to do as many videos as I can before my graveyard shift tonight at the Foundry lol but this is gonna get me on the right track. I had been overstretching in the wrong directions using bad stretches and have dual inguinal hernia and abdominal hernia. But fighting hard !!!!

I know you can help just one person but maybe tell me that one of your videos would help me. I had my knee replaced about 9 months ago but still can put on my sock. If feels like a sciatic nerve pain or another woman told me, it was a band that runs up the back of the leg. I do you back exercises and they really work, Thank You

Loving your videos. What would you recommend for pain in the outside of the knee after walking even as little as a mile. Worse going downhill.

That’s a tough one! Be careful not to overstretch so you don’t aggravate the nerve. I don’t have a KZfaq video on a nerve glide for this but I’m betting there is one and it would be beneficial.

Dr Kristie i am started my workout watching your videos and they are really helpfull but1 month a go i had an injury to my shoulder and i thought it was a normsal injury and i rested for 10 days but things are not getting better ,could you Please suggest as due to covid restrictions i cannot leave my house ,Thank you

You want to be in your neutral spine. That’s the position that’s most comfortable for your back. Since everyone’s spine is different, that position is different for everyone. Once you find that position, that’s what you want to hold. Check out this video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Z552YLdp2c6wgas.html

It's so hard to do when your weight 100kg+. Really so hard for morning workout. It's feel like full body training

I am curious why you did not keep your lower back pressed to the ground on your supine position exercises... Is it just overrated?

Great question! Everyone’s spine is different. It’s important that you find the position your spine is most comfortable in and try to maintain that position.
