@@amandasteven1400 Ah, that's a really important question you asked if we are really in meditation or simply listening to music. It actually makes me think what meditation means and if one can be meditative by listening to music or doing any act. I ve heard of such Ideas where whatever a person does becomes a sort of meditation but I don't remember who or which school of meditation says that. Nonetheless, thanks for asking that question it makes me think about these ideas.

I always meditate with some background noise iny house. I can hear people speak and stuff. I tried meditating with my headphones this morning and there's no going back. I feel so good. Thank you very much for keeping me sane
