This 10 Minute Guided Metta Meditation will guide you through exploring loving kindness for yourself and others. Metta Meditation is my go to when i feel negative emotions towards myself or others. A 10 minute meditation is a great start to feel set for the day ahead or go to bed feeling more at peace.
