Quick and effective 10 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. All moves are low impact and can be done at your own pace! The video includes a timer that is 45 seconds of work, then 15 seconds of rest before the next exercise.
I accidentally said in the introduction that there are no squats or lunges. oops! There ARE squats and lunges for a few moves. I was thinking of the 10 min leg workout that I filmed for this series that does not include any squats or lunges. Check that one out too!

Please forgive my mistake in the intro, this workout DOES include squats and lunges for 3 moves. I was thinking of the companion 10 min lower body workout that will be posted this Thursday that does not include squats or lunges. 5 new 10 minute videos coming this week! Put them together for a full body and full length workout!

Thank you once again Lauren. This workout was a great add-on to the excellent posture and balance routine I chose this morning. I normally count my brisk daily walk as cardio, but skipped it today due to pouring rain. So glad to find that you had a quick little cardio workout.

Hi Lauren, I have just discovered your workouts and find them to be so beneficial and so achievable. I am 66 and trying to regain some strength after illness. Your gentle manner is lovely - so many other workouts are more aggressive and unrealistic for older people but these I’m going to be sticking with. Thank you

Lauren did not get notification so a little behind, but I love this 10 minute series so if it is a long day like today I can just do this workout but also the option to do 2 another time. I am 63 with a sore hip and was told to do Hiit workouts. Mostly are for fit 20 year olds. Yhis workout was great. Got my heart rate up!

I am back to home workouts in addition to my AOA classes. Working on balance and strength. Want to start skating again after winning a gold and silver in adult skating competition, this summer.. I sort of lost confidence with balance. Anyway these home work outs are great. Thank you!

I LOVED THIS❣️❣️ I am following Glucose Revolution book (game changer btw). And Jesse suggests that you exercise briefly after each meal for 10 minutes to prevent a glucose spike. I did this workout in my office clothes and it was SO FUN!! Looking forward to trying more❤ Lauren you are amazing and I do your workouts EVERY DAY!

It's not about the number of workouts, it's about time, effort and of course nutrition if you want to lose weight. It's different for everyone, but I would recommend doing 30 minutes of cardio.

Thanx for the lesson. I incorporate it in my daily routine for healthy heart. Old french asses like me, have a hard time moving our body except for sex...we are far from perfect but trying our best to progress up. Peace & love

I'm so thankful I found this channel, I'm 36 years old and suffer from Graves Disease and my body feels like in it's 90's my heart hurts bad when I do strenuous workouts this makes my heart pump without severe pain and I feel like I got a 30 min workout in short time I'm looking forward to doing more workouts and incorporating these to my routine.
