Thinking about how many people return to this meditation everyday , like myself. there’s somebody else out there maybe down the street ,maybe thousands of miles away,experiencing what I am in this moment. he said to focus on the truth of this situation, but the truth is, what i'm anxious about is the truth. And there're nothing I can do about it. Thinking about that just makes me more anxious. This meditation didn't help at all. And even as i'm doing it my OCD affects me badly....but of course that's just my personal opionion. It seems to help everyone else, but except for me. It feels like nothing can make me less anxious, not even mindfulness. I feel so alone😔

Hi. To anyone who’s reading this, I’m sorry that you have to be here. And.. I totally get it - I couldn’t relate more right now. We’ll get through this together, and I know how much you’ve struggled. Me too. I’m with you, you’re not alone. Take some deep breaths in and out slowly and close your eyes, listen to the video as many times as you’d like to help get you out of the horrible cycle that anxiety puts you in. You’re in control, only you have the power to convince your mind that you’re capable of letting this feeling go, and getting on with life as easily as you have before. You’re a king/queen, and you’re loved. ❤ you’ll always have support around you, no matter what. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I promise you, no one will ever judge you for this. My stress keeps me up a lot. It affects my work performance and how I sleep. Especially when it affects my breathing and are constantly short of breath. Who ever is reading this just know you aren’t alone and it will get better.

@edgarhernandez If any of u want help to overcome anxiety I have been using crystals for sleep I use kunzite and chariot under my pillow as well as meditation and praying I also use fire quartz for anxiety and a few others to get rid of negative energy they really help

@@lolitadmello1051during anxiety what I do is just talking to others or any think which keeps me busy... I let thoughts come and go nd don't try to stop it from reoccurring ,...the more we try to stop it or get rid of it ,more it troubles you... So simply keep working ND talking with others, it will take time maybe few hours to few days but yes You Will Be Fine

To avoid that, move the play to its end and then press replay. Once you do that, ads are gone 90% of the time.

To anyone reading this, you are loved and appreciated. I'm 26 and have had anxiety off and on my whole life, some periods better and some worse but through it all we become stronger and more capable. It doesnt define who you are. I never really reached out for help from a therapist or talked about my struggles until recently. I was too embarrassed to talk about the things i was anxious about. But recently I've started opening up to friends and family and started seeing a therapist to really work on things rather than just powering through. If you're struggling please reach out to friends and family, and even a therapist if need be. There is no shame and only courage in asking for help. I wish I had taken these steps when I was younger but better late than never! You dont have to go through this alone and things will get better!

Great Video, Love failed me, my ex left me 2 months ago, I've pleaded for her to come back but she don't want to, i'm having sleepless night, i think of her all the time, i've met with other girls, gone to the bar, therapist to see if it will help me move on, but nothing is working. I feel so empty, it feels like my world has ended, i don't think i will ever find happiness. I don’t know why I’m saying this here. i really miss her and i want her back.

Try it few more times, i might sound strange, but there was no way i could realy relax and free my mind just meditating. If anyone use some antidepressant, make obligation to yourself that u will meditate half an our after taking it, and after few weeks use only half of pill, and do the meditation, after that use quarter, and after 5-6weeks stop medications, bu keep meditating ,it will be the same feeling like you took it. For me just meditation from start was imposible

That's not really what this meditation is saying. If anything, you think negative, and then let it go. Thinking positive is just avoidance. You need feel it, and then make a conscious choice to let it go.

It's only when you take a moment like this that you realise how much your brain is running away with itself on these stories, assumptions and judgments about a situation. Returning to curiosity is such good practice. I have a situation with friends that was making me so anxious I couldn't concentrate on work all morning. But it's not in my control. Trying now to return to the baseline and let go of the leaps I'm making about how others are feeling and what might happen - none of that is real or helpful. Hope that you can all do the same, it's such a nice comments section to feel less alone in.

It is amazing how one can try to calm down for hrs and it feels it isn't possible. In 10 short minutes. This did it! Another thing i do now that i learned is when you take a shower. Breathe in good thoughts exhale the negative and think of the water as a source of washing away any negative.

I get so anxious that I puke a lot. It’s been a tough fight recently. These past few months have been the hardest. I’ve decided to get help, I usually don’t like taking medication but I’ve realized it’s not always a bad thing. Sometimes you need help from a dr and there’s no shame in that. I’ve decided in 2021, that I’ll improve my anxiety symptoms. Today is day one. Edit: Today is day two. I felt far better properly addressing the situation today. More comfortable realizing what I took from the situation that made me uneasy. Edit: Today is day three. Before I did this, I was in the very situation I had to talk to myself about. I felt really hurt and panicked about the situation, but realizing that that wasn’t actually what happened, helped.. I was overwhelmingly upset... until I wasn’t. Edit: Today is day four. Today was good! But I feel like yesterday and today, considering the situation from yesterday has repeated, has been less anxiety, and more of a gut feeling about the situation, which is not great, but better, since it isn’t anxiety to an extent!! I appreciate all the kind comments below, btw! Edit: Today is day five. Know what? I had a really good day. Nothing happened today that I had to be anxious about, so I went back to a previous issue and talked it out again from another perspective! Edit: Today is day six. From here I won’t be talking about the GOOD days cuz there’s no content/improvement there since there’s nothing to improve when I’m happy. Today was interesting, though. I spoke to a friend about how i felt. They were very kind and lovely. Edit: Today is day 10!!! I had to take a minute today because I did it again, the thing where I think every conversation out of my earshot and control is about me.. I know it’s wrong. But nothing gets perfected in a day. I’ll get through this. Edit: Today is day 20.. I’m sorry for not talking the last 10 days, they’ve actually been pretty bad. My computer is not working very well anymore and I’ve been worried if I’ll be able to get a new one soon, because as an artist, that’s important to me, and a few other personal issues have been really tough on me and I’ve been too nervous to ask for help until about yesterday! I asked my mom when I could get back into therapy and she said she’d try to work on it! Thank you all SO much for the sweet comments, I’m doing pretty alright for now, and I hope to improve more in the future with you guys!!!! Today’s meditation was nice, it’s currently raining, the clock was gently ticking, it’s dark and I’ve moved from my chair to my bed to lay down and breathe. I had a lot to think about, and focus on. This was good for me. This was good, I’m so calm.. Edit: Today is Day 25. Very much has happened-all good! Which is why I didn’t update you guys! Today there was a lot of stress, though, but this evening, I figured a lot out, and feel a lot better.. it’s snowing outside, very calmly. I did assume conversations were about me, and I have a tough time with thinking when people look at their phones they’re like.. having bizarre conversations about something I’ve never done.. sometimes it’s hard to cope and find peace, but we’re working hard. Yes, the days are becoming more far apart. It’s because I only want to do the most important days that I can learn from, since there’s so many days in a year and I couldn’t possibly fit every single day here. I want to show progress, not five days of “today was good, my meditation was calm” in a row. Today was a learning experience. I want every day I put here to be important. Edit: Today is day 26. I had such a good day! I was so confident, my outfit was cute, I didn’t think any conversations were about me, and I had a chill evening! I also heard about how covid is slowing down, which is so so good! I feel good today, and hope you are too Edit: Today is day 27. Today was.. eh.. I’ve decided to make a thing where it’s “Today is day _ of not crying or feeling anxious” and for every ‘5, then 10...’ and so on days I don’t feel sad, I celebrate with something I like, like a day of doing a makeup look that takes up a lot of my time and resources (don’t ask, I would love to do so everyday, but my face is sensitive and would get acne if I did that everyday), or take a day to read (my anxiety likes to worry about whether I’m wasting away my day or not when I read, so I don’t read often). It’s always good to reward yourself if you believe you’re doing good. On another note: I cried today. On another another note: I didn’t fall into a panic attack! I am proud of that indeed! Edit: Today is day 30! I’m feeling good, I haven’t cried for the past 4 days, today makes that five! I decided to give myself things to do on the days after goals like day 5, day 10, or day 15. This is working very well :) I’m excited. Edit: Today is day 31. I really thought trying to be friends with my friend’s group would work but now I’m crying and overwhelmed and angry because her friends just make me really uncomfortable. I’m listening to music and breathing and trying to relax. Back to 0 days.. Edit: Today’s day 33, I’m feeling better. Today’s day 3, so it seems, of not crying. I feel better, and I realize now.. not having any friends should be good for me (yes, I lost all my friends in the process of not liking my friend’s... friends). I need time to work on me. Edit: Today is day 35, had a good day, good meditation :) also uh.. it’s day 0 of not feeling anxious. It seems to come in waves every five days.. not fair really. But I’m better now Edit: Today is day 40, about! And, day 4 of not feeling anxious!!! I’ve began a book, and I’m so proud of how well I’ve been handling my anxiety! Everyone lead a round of applause for me getting over my fear and dancing to a just dance song! Edit: Today is day 42, and day 6 of not feeling anxious!!!! DAY SIX!!!!! I think it’s the book, writing seems to be a big stress reliever :) this four day weekend, I’m gonna write and draw, to relieve my tensions and make it 10 days of no anxious feelings!!!! Edit: Today is day 46. I know you guys have been excited: TEN DAYS. TEN DAYS WITHOUT FEELING ANXIOUS. IVE BEEN KEEPING IN TACT FOR SO LONG, IM SO WELL!!! I had a sick day yesterday, but I’m better today, and today’s meditation will be a long and serene one. I love you all, and day 365 will be my dearest accomplishment, with you all as my accomplices. Edit: Today's day 50, and howdy! I should probably reiterate--not that anyone asked--that the reason I'm doing this 'Day __ of Not Feeling Anxious/Crying', is not to say I haven't felt anxiety for the days I've been proudly showing off, but to basically that for the last (now) 14 days, I have not experienced a panic attack or cried because of how sheerly terrible my anxiety was. That used to happen a lot last year, but the 14 days I have felt ok enough handling my little sprigs of anxiety is all I care about celebrating. Anxiety, as a mental health disorder, does not go away, it improves, and the way you deal with it changes and helps it improve. Anyone out there feeling like I somehow fixed my anxiety and think these 14 days have been nothing but sunshine, its time to know that that is not true. I'm handling my anxiety, not getting rid of it. I believe in you, no matter if youre experienced or not in helping your anxiety understand its surroundings. You can do this. I love you. Edit: Day 51. Day 0 of not feeling anxious/crying. I had a bad day... I don’t wanna talk about it, I’m sorry. Edit: Day 52, and Day 1 of not feeling detrimentally anxious/crying. I sometimes get really sad and confused as to why I have anxiety attacks sometimes. They make me feel like I’m going to die, and that’s scary. But then I wake the next morn and realize I’m alive and happy. I guess my brain just needs to realize that’s how it is all the time. I sat in the sun today after a long winter of not being able to!!! So warm, had a nap! Edit: Today’s day 64, and Day 12 of not feeling anxious or crying! I had a good day, and this evening, I’ve treated myself to watching KZfaq with my headphones all the way up so no slight mysterious sounds from behind my closed door (it’s closed when the evening comes so the lights can be off and it can be fully dark) make me nervous, and I can only hear my show. I don’t do this often cuz I feel like I might miss something important or harm my eardrums, but today I don’t care. Treat yourself to things that comfort you the most. EDIT: OMG ITS LITERALLY DAY 73, AND DAY 21!!! DAY. 21!!! WHAT THE HECK BRO IM SO HAPPY AND PROUD AND I WAS ABLE TO TREAT AN ANXIETY ATTACK THAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY PRETTY OK, AND MY PHONE!! WAS D E A D!!! I DID IT ALL WITHOUT MY PHONE TO HELP :000 I haven’t meditated just yet but I wanted y’all to join my joy! Edit: Day 75 and Day 0, haha.. uh.. I accidentally got rude and snappy with my dad because I got too anxious about didn’t know what to do in a situation. I felt terrible and cried over it right away, I didn’t want to come across as mean.. but it’s in the past and I apologized and I can’t say that it’s possible to change the past cuz it isn’t. I’m gonna meditate, and look back and see what I coulda done differently. Good night :) Edit: Day 76, and day 1 of not feeling anxious or crying, I don’t know why today was so hard, but I succeeded.. and my head hurts. I’ve recently been playing Undertale and remembering and reminiscing on my childhood. It was better then. Good night. Edit: Day 79, and Day 4 of not feeling anxious or crying! Good day, going back to physical school tomorrow, obviously masked up and ready to vibe out in the corner of the room, though still a huge test of my anxiety control :) have a good day tomorrow, you guys! To anyone feeling anxious, please be gentle with yourself. Know that this emotion you're feeling is not because of anything you did wrong, rather, like bad weather, it is something passing through you. You will make it out on the other side. Turn your attention to your breathing to anchor yourself. You will be okay.

@@matthewolean5727 In this situation, it's unfitting though. They could've put the ad in the beginning of the video, not in the middle. No one will watch those anyway, I skipped all 3 of them too. Yes, money is important. But if you "ruin" your work for it, that really defeats the whole purpose of it.

@@matthewolean5727 We know why the ad exists, but KZfaq gives Goodful the choice whether or not to monetize their videos and how many and where to place the ads throughout the video. The point is putting an ad smack in the middle of a meditation video defeats the entire purpose. I'm happy to watch the ad if they had put it at the beginning or end of the video to support their channel..

@@lacyalay Correct, and they clearly made the choice to put ad revenue ahead of the mindfulness of their audience, which is all my original point was. I never said I think its ok or even moral, just stated a fact. So are we done here or is someone else going to come at me with some argumentative nonsense in the comment section of a meditation video.

This brought up so much suppressed emotions for me that I began to cry, it felt like a good release. I want to really thank you for doing what you do. This helped me see things from a different perspective. You are appreciated. I will be listening to this daily from now on. I had so much anxiety I couldn’t breathe properly and I felt like I was spiraling but this meditation anchored me and helped me slow down and become present. I feel so much better.

Does anyone have trouble sleeping because of their anxiety? For me, i can feel tired, but as soon as i start to drift off, my mind snaps back on and wakes me up.... i have no idea what to do about it. If anyone has tips, let me know!

I have the same exact thing usally asmr meditation things like this helps me try taking deep breathes and if that doesnt help i would go to a doctor and try get some medicine for it:))

I feel I am the only one that cried during this meditation. I have an immense amount of anxiety in my life. I developed an OCD to cope with that. Now i am trying to get rid of it. And just acknowledging my actual feelings made me cry. I think I need more of those meditations to help me process what ever I have inside of me. Thanks for the video

Thank you so much for this one. This really helped me. This might take long for me to ease and manage my anxiety, but God is within me. Sometimes i feel like i'm losing my mind, sometimes i feel like there's no way out, but at the end of the day, i'll still hold on to God. I was on the verge of a full panic attack at my desk. This meditation felt like it was speaking directly to me and my situation. I feel so much better after listening and realizing where the anxiety was truly coming from.
