This is a quick and effective 10-minute ab strengthener! This workout will tighten and build a strong core! You won't need any equipment for this workout, just your focus for this 10 minutes to make the most of it!

2 TIMES THROUGH EACH
WORK: 30 SECONDS REST: 15 SECONDS

I’m a few months away from 2 years with this community. I’ve been pretty active my whole life but I’ve always had a hard time figuring out how to strengthen my core. Especially obliques , I’ve never really been able to “feel the burn” when I was doing those exercises, they just didn’t seem to do anything for me. After these two years, I’ve been really noticing my core strength increasing and I’m going to credit that to the ongoing reminders to tighten core & focus on posture. Very grateful to have learned something new!

Oh my goodness my abs are screaming, but without the burn I dont feel like I've done much. I will definitely do this one a couple more times. Kaleigh, you are an amazing human and thank you so much for making exercise fun 🎉😂🎉

Work out today; BEAST MODE ACTIVATED!!! 10 min arms and shoulders, and this. I. Am. Sweaty! And feel so good. My 4 year old son loves dogs and was asking about your golden. We know about Stella. She’s a cute, lazy, sass. But what about the new one? Name, boy or girl, age? Haha
