You can make your own playlist. In saying this, try not to make the same mistake that I made in creating too many playlists so therefore forgetting what videos are on what list. Hope this helps

I felt stuck to my floor when I did this but it was such a peaceful feeling knowing that I’m right where I’m supposed to be and I’m drawing life and energy no matter where I am in life ❤️ stay ground, stay loved

Thank you so much for the root chakra meditation. I recently have been doing the solar plexus one you did as I need that chakra to become active and Balanced. And as I am learning about chakras and how they relate to different body areas and emotions, physical wellness etc. I learn that I need to work on my root chakra too. 😂 In fact that one is really important. I have had fearful and unsettling incidences in my life, starting from young. I believe these events do impact us but we don't realize it at the time as we are naïve and are ignorant of spirituality and how to heal and have wellness from within. It takes education and time and is a journey. I pretty much believe all my chakras are out of whack, that's for sure. 😂 So here I am in my late 50's gradually learning and finding things to help me to heal and become a stronger more grounded person, and discovering your beautiful, powerful meditations. The meditations say what I need to hear and they resonate within me, I can visualize what you say. Thank you so much. I hope for good things in your life.
