We like to listen to this 10 minute sleep meditation while we’re in bed. But you can play it anytime you’re looking to center yourself in the present and find some time to meditate and relax.

I’ve listened to this many time when I can’t sleep. And let me tell this works miracles! It puts me right to sleep every time and to a point where I’m so sleepy I can hardly turn it off. Thank you!😴

Love using this before bed! It also works if you’re in bed trying to meditate sleep,

thank you for this, when I fall asleep I tend to hold on to events throughout my day that I could’ve done better or I constantly think about what might go wrong tomorrow. I just want to know that if u feel this way you are not alone❤️

This gals voice is brutal. Sounds more like an 8am zoom work call from your controlling boss telling you all the things you should be doing. Pass thanks.

As soon as I started to follow the guidance, she jumped to the next one. It's 75% talk. Not much reflection can be done in the 25%. It felt more like a bird trying to fly over a lake with feet dragging into the water.
