You have to combine this with healthy eating and more movement through out the day. 10 minute workouts do not work if you don’t factor in a better life style.

Any form of exercise that gets blood flowing is beneficial for the blood filters (kidneys), thus eating healthily while following a exercise regimen is usually common sense..

That’s right lost lots of weights from dieting and 20 minute workouts so Yh you’re right. I prefer 10 minutes because you work really hard because I do 10 in the morning and then 10 after work

I did the full 10 minutes but I did it in 10 reps of 10, I had to break after 10 reps, I was dripping in sweat (ironically my “exercise room” has no AC) but I feel so much better, I reallllly didn’t feel like doing any exercise today

I have SLE Lupus and decided to try because the doctor says I needed to lose 5-10 pounds before our next visit. Well, after 10 reps, I stopped cause that mess hurts, but I'll be getting back to it tomorrow. Thanks for sharing

You can't target a spot where you'll burn the fat though, stomache is one of the last few places for a lot of people.

if your still wanting to do this then take all your pillows of your bed and do it near your bed board(the bit where you put your head)it will be alot comfier but works fine aswel^^hope this helps!!

if you have knee issues just do stand up pilates or core and eating healthy. No need to put your knees throught this.

If you've got back / knee / shoulder / neck problems, probably best to try something else, like a plank, rather than this.

For me, to get a flat tummy, i would stay in at least 100-500 calorie deficit by doing a low calorie diet and doing some hiit or cardio💀
