This routine contains wall pilates full body exercises, wall pilates exercises for legs, wall pilates execises for abs, wall pilates upper body exercises. This gentle routine is a great way to warm up and get your body ready to move!

Started on January 2, so this is day 3 for me. I got a little extra motivated yesterday and did all of the workouts, so the repeat of the legs/belly/arms workout today was extremely challenging at times. I had a lot of leg and foot cramps, so I am going to focus on better hydration throughout the day to help remedy that. Loving the workouts so far! Thank you for putting this program out there.

I do a pilates class each week but was unsure how to bring it home for exercise on the other week days. Have seen wall pilates all over social media but was unsure. Found your channel and this free challenge, love the fact that you're doing it for body well being rather than weight loss etc. Going to start this January 1st (tomorrow!!) to get the year off to the right start. I already am loving it. I love your tips on how to stick with it. I’m on day 2, and love how manageable each day is. Hi Rachel: I'm starting your program today. I love your advice on many tips of being accountable. I'm a massage therapist x19 years. The workload is killing my body as I'm out of shape. My doctor suggested I do pilates but I live in a small town and it's hard to find pilates classes. Luckily, I ran across a different program on facebook and I could not follow along. Then I searched KZfaq and your video came up. I'm so thankful. I believe I can do this for 28 days and more. I'm hoping for the best. Mainly, I need to feel better to keep doing my job/passion to help people with their pain without having my own pain. Thank you for creating this program. I appreciate you!
