I do remember that whenever John Cena was being written off tv to go film the Marine and they did the night club stabbing angle. There was serious talk that they about signed and brought in New Jack in do it and feud with Cena alongside Carlito, but then at the last minute they decided after realizing that it was New Jack and decided “nope, we’re good, thanks anyway,” and they brought in Jesus to do the angle.

The limo explosion was probably my favorite ever. When I saw it my mouth dropped for a couple days.

I could see why they would write Rey Mysterio off TV when Seth Rollins pierced Rey Mysterio's eyeball into the steel steps, leading to non-PG. I felt bad for Rey Mysterio after that match which was horrible ending.

Alright let me address a few of these with facts. #1) Did you ever notice Cena never had a scar? My family and myself have worked in the medica field, and I have a scar from good cut on my neck less serious from almost 2 decades ago #2) My step dad drives a trash truck, and that whole back area is bigger than most bedrooms, with the compactor only moving in that small area. Also most have an escape hatch on the top close to the cab. #3) They have eye tranplant surgeries, using eyes from either humans or animals, with the rejection of an outside eye as the hardest part, but your own eye most likely won't be rejected. Also they can attach a fake eye to the muscles, giving it movement, so the patch was only for the illusion. Also remenber when someone loses an eye not only will their site be off but mobility as well. It takes months to years to adjust to normal activity, let alone anything high flying. #4) The most complicated for people to explain, Paul Bearer being burried alive. First anyone who has worked with concrete knows it takes a minimum of a few hour to set, and that's if you mixed it correctly, it can be watered down. The burial by cement was shot at 2 different times. With the close up cam filming the real Bearer getting burried up to his neck. For the live and far away shots, a specifically trained stuntman performed the full burial. It actually comes down to how long you can hold your breath.

Those story lines are so stupid. You don’t need to make up some crazy gimmick in order to write off a wrestler. Back in the 80s and 90s the superstars rarely appeared on the weekly broadcasts simply because they were the superstars and if you wanted to see them in action you had to wait for the one of the big events like wrestle mania. If you’re in a feud with someone and you’re scheduled to wrestle them in wrestle mania than you can simply say your training and do a bunch of promos showing them train. If you’re injured in the ring than show that you’re injured and lose and then make some dramatic comeback a year later.
