Just subbed! Im in perimenopause so clearing up my act. Ive switched to castile soap and making my moisturiser from free range beef tallow. My problem is i over eat and love pints which is probably the sole cause of my belly fat. My tatse buds take over and doesnt listen to my stomach signals.. But im to bed early so try to sleep well. Just getting back in to weight training too so hoping a small bit of muscle building will help

strength training will help because the more lean muscle you have, the more it boosts your metabolism and helps you burn more calories. I love castile soap! How are you finding your skin is responding to your tallow moisturizer? And with eating, it's probably down to what you're eating more than the portions. Although of course portion size does make a difference, but you can still eat large portions and lose excess weight if you have the right balance of macros. Hi Kate, yes my skin likes the tallow. It's good to know it's not got nasties in it. Haha you know about my cider addiction! Yes I love draft cider nice and cold! But every pint is aroubd 300 kcals!!! 3 of those and a lot of my food allowance gone not to mention the sugar content! I also started to use the salt of the earth deodorant! Gradually making the obesogen changes!!
