@@DrTanviMayurPatel yes and so I was prescribed cabergoline every week but that brought down my prolactin to very low something like 5.75 and then we did it for once it 2 weeks and that raised my legs more than normal again so this time we gonna try it for like once in 10 days. Also is it okay to take qshwqgqndha if I'm hypotensive? Thankyou for the reply🙂

Dr Tanvi, I'm female, my prolactin is 706 mU/L, a few months decreased to 500's, now 759... Brain mri ok last year, benign nodes on thyroid. I started to have hirsutism. Testosterone is normal, only DHEA-S at 10 umol/L. Cortisol was high, now normal. I have liver haemangiomas, does that contributes to high prolactin? Any suggestions? Is 700's serious? Thank you!

Hiii doctor thank you for the natural remedies...my sister is 21 right now she was diagnosed with high prolactin level 450 1.5 yrs ago....and gynecologist done brain MRI ..and then told that she is having some gland is near brain and done eye test also by god's grace there is no problem with eyes...and from that she is taking cabergoline for the past days by doctors advise...v done again mri after 1 yrs doctor told us mildly gland size reduced and again need to continue caber...so now she is taking cabergoline again...last week v done liver test.. everythig is normal.... hemoglobin and calcium is low for her... coming April doctor told us to do Brian contrast mri again....is this can cure with the help of medicine or its only can cure by surgery????pls rply me mam

My first PRL > 4000. There were only 3 things that I did in one and half months. First, I took Cabergo....., half tablet (0.25 mg) twice a week, from my doctor. Second, I took ASHWAGANDHA, 2100MG/3capsules (2/morning and 1/evening) . Third, I enjoyed on youtube's relaxing and healing (piano) music all the time (when sleeping also). My doctor thought that 28 ng/ml was an error from the lab about a week ago. She was order another test. The newest PRL was 14 ng (range 4 - 28.4) in one week apart. Since I am taking the Cabergoline (because of tumor's mass exists), I should stop (or scale down on) the ASHWAGANDHA. I though that I am an lucky one to avoid the surgery. Good luck everyone.

Good day mam my prolactin level was 54 during January period and I was asked to take bromocriptine for a month which I did bec I was having heavy breast and pain in the hand pit so after but the pain stopped while taking the drugs ...and was asked to come repeat the test by my doc and I went back to repeat the prolactin test just few days back and it increased more than the way it was is now 68.02ng/ml and was asked to repeat the drugs for 2 months again and if there is no changes I should go for CT scan .. Ma'am my prolactin level is 58.8 and every blood test levels and hormone levels are totally normal.my doctor asked me to test for beta-thalassemia carrier.
