Agree 100% on all 10. They key to these 10 and the key to life is balance. It's important to understand the core emphasis and themes of these 10, but to remember that it doesn't have to be a rigid adherence, nor a superficial one. Having a sense of overall balance and understanding of your true self blends perfectly with these 10.

As someone who deconstructed my religious beliefs (of many decades) I found while I was searching for who I truly was and what “truth” now was for me, it led to many rabbit trails that were equally as binding and not allowing for true freedom to grow and learn. That might have been the longest run on sentence haha! And thank you…for sharing your journey and life’s lessons along the way. I found this video very helpful in my own life journey ❤

The only thing we all can do is stay in the moment, understand we are all connected, and we need to start living within our true nature which has been smothered by society, conditioning, school/work etc.

Thank you Justin. Self development, professional development, Character development, and all the categories is an important part in our lives that we need to work on, cos they're all connected. I believe that's where you would discover your true identity. However, we should know how to strike a balance and not attend too much on one category and leave the other parts to suffer. Balance is key.

Yes I agree, balance is key and we don’t want to focus too much on one form of identity

Thanks for all these 10! I would add an extra one: enlightenment doesn't exist as a goal. We are already as enlightened and divine as we can be. However, we need to remember. Here's when every practice that we call spiritual and we take on in order to accomplish this, comes in handy.

I agree with all of them. I've personally never liked the romanticization of waking up early.

As a natural early riser, I actually find it weird, too, especially since I was made fun of for it when I was younger because being an early bird was "dorky" and "lame" while the night owl was seen as "cool", and now the same people who were teasing me about naturally waking up at 4 AM it in high school are preaching the gospel of waking up early, claiming it'll make you a billionaire or something.

As someone who is a natural early riser (let's put it this way, if I'm awake at 3 AM that means I'm up for the day), I 99% agree about the overglorification of waking up early. If anything, the reason I like waking up early is because I'm a more laid back and easygoing person who likes to enjoy her time. I think though some "night owls" just have a screen addiction, but I do realize there are a lot of people who are best suited for going to bed at times like 5 AM and getting up at noon. I also find glorification of early wake up time strange since when I was in school, I was made fun of for it. Now, the same people who teased me for naturally getting up at 4 AM and 5 AM are doing it themselves and preaching it like it's the gospel.

Do you also go to bed early? That's natural for you?

@@JustinBrownVids Sort of, although for me between 9:45 PM and 10 PM is normal (I fall asleep quickly most nights so I get plenty of sleep), for most, yeah it's pretty early. My friends are like "Victoria, how do you go to bed so early every night?" since most of them go to bed between 11:30 PM and midnight (which to city folk is still pretty early I'd imagine). To me it's just what works for me. Thankfully I live in a small rural village so my social life is unharmed by my early bedtime (most things close at 8 PM here). Me being an early riser doesn't often come up in conversation (except when I mention casually something I did at 4 AM one morning and my friends playfully tease me about it, and I tease them back, it's all lighthearted fun). It's funny though these motivational gurus say getting up early gives you superpowers, my only superpower is that I can tell you exactly how the sky looks on a clear morning at any time of day.
