This workout uses an interval structure of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. There are five exercises and we'll go through them twice for a 10-minute workout. If you want a longer workout, do the video twice. These are long intervals and high-intensity exercises though-10 minutes is tough!
This makes for a great finisher to a weight lifting session or longer workout. The dumbbells are optional.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN

-Squat Thrust - Squat Jump
-Spiderman Mountain Climbers
-Burpees
-Jump Lunge x3 - Knee Up
-Hot Feet - Sprawl at the beeps
As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have a warm up on my channel (www.youtube.co...) or you can do your own. Listen to your body and modify as needed, stopping altogether if something doesn't feel right. A proper cool-down is important, too! Take some time to stretch after this workout.

Good finisher workout to an AMRAP workout I just did. Pace is fast enough to keep the heart beating fast and I liked the variety of exercises.

Great info here for real! I literally did these along with other exercises in a hiit circuit style workout, and lost 73 lbs in 5 months. so she definitely knows his stuff! Thanks for sharing💯💯

This was brutal but I loved it! Laying in a sweaty mess on my mat debating if I want to do another two rounds or not lol

This was effin' hard, especially after doing an intense 30 min butt and thighs bootcamp, yikes! 😜😅. I loved this quick burnout round, it was just right for putting the final touch on my lower body today 👍💪🏻, and for getting in some straight=up intense cardio HIIT😅
