This workout is broken up into three blocks. In each 3-minute block, you’re alternating between different variations of the same two exercises. You do each move for 30 seconds and go through the six back to back. After you complete all six, rest for 30 seconds before moving on to the next block.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN

Block 1
-Forearm Plank
-Superman Lifts
-Forearm Plank Jacks
-Superman Lift & Pulls
-Forearm Plank Hip Dips
-Superman Flutter Kicks
Block 2
-Forearm Side Plank
-Side V-Ups (Straight Legs)
-Forearm Side Plank Hip Dips
-Side V-Up Crunches (Bent Knees)
-Forearm Side Plank Top Crunch
-Side V-Up Combo (Straight + Bend)
Block 3 = Repeat Block 2 on the other side
As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have a warm up on my channel (www.youtube.co...) or you can do your own. Listen to your body and modify as needed, stopping altogether if something doesn't feel right. A proper cool-down is important, too! Take some time to stretch after this workout.

This was awesome. I did a warm up and then 4 minute tabatas on my spin bike in between each block. Can't wait for studio pumps! :-)
