I'll tell you something about that "right-on-red" law in America: It seems perfectly, simple. You're supposed to treat the red light like a stop sign, but people don't. What happens is that most people act as though there is no signal at all and just blow right through. More than once I've been nearly killed on my bike by someone ignoring a traffic signal because they were turning right.

The debt and pledge crisis in America is very serious and has no simple solution. The US dollar is likely to lose its reserve currency status and devalue. A supermajority vote in the US senate is required to modify social security and Medicare pledges. Firearms need to be licensed in the US to reduce gun crime. Australians should be allowed to turn left on red and freeway speed limits should be eased and even abolished in rural areas.

I thought (and could very well be wrong) Ozone hole was originally over Australia, it shifted down to Antarctica as it shrank back down when we got rid of CFCs. There are a ton of servos that have the pay at the bowser option. At least in NSW there are. Actually in a royal commission review of all NSW speed cameras it was found speed cameras were never placed in high-risk areas, but more in places of low impact eg: high levels of speeding, low levels of fatalities or accidents.
