Here is the tragic part: We now live in an age where, quite literally for some, your feels are your reals. It's like that episode of Simpsons where they separated the boys and the girls and all the female teachers were like "Yes, but how did that answer make you...FEEL!?". Luckily, Lisa (the girl in the show) is smart enough to recognize it for being BS and secretly attends the boys classes. Your feelings are not as important to the world as you may think. Sure, you're entitled to be happy, but not at the expense of other people's liberty.

If your convictions are so fragile that they can't survive a conversation about them, you're probably not really convinced of anything. This goes for everything, not just social issues. If you make a personal decision you can't talk about even with friends/loved ones because a simple "are you sure about this?" makes you lose it, you should probably take some time to think about where that reaction is coming from.

Where I worked, cough cough CSIRO, we were putting on a new apprentice and were told if a female applied for the job they were automatically given the job. One female applied and when we told her they had the job they told us they only wanted interview experience and were not interested in the job. I also said I didnt want any part of it as I would put on the best person due to experience not gender. I was told I had to follow the governments directions. Same employer told everyone they were reducing staff and not employing anyone UNLESS they were Aboriginal and they didn't need any experience in anything as they would be trained onsite.

There was a similar story here in New zealand about positive discrimination, a guy called the radio talk back show and said he was put in charge of recruiting 2 new employees for this expanding business, he said 7 people turned up for the initial round of interviews, 6 men and 1 woman, after the interviews he determined that 2 of the men were rock stars who would be a perfect fit, so went and told his boss. His boss said he wanted him to employ the woman, so he argued that although she was good, these 2 men were stand out better than everyone else, the boss held firm so he said ok ill conduct a second round of interviews for the 2 guys and the woman. After that, he still maintained the woman had done nothing further to convince him she was better than the 2 guys he wanted to employ, so the manager said ok let's readvertise the job!!! It's obscene. The guy said he wanted no further part of the recruitment process if his opinions were going to be ignored in favor of filling a quota, and the boss finally relented and let him employ the 2 guys he wanted from the start. Absolute lunacy.

I know nothing about railroad work but I imagine it's a risky job that can go south real quick if you don't put qualified/experienced people in charge of the trains, the control system and the maintenance of the tracks. We've had a lot of train-related tragedies in where I live because of the incompetency of those who were hired, so I really can't understand how one can choose "diversity" over the safety of passengers who trust their lives with them. It's sickening. Positive discrimination is just as evil as regular discrimination (because they're the same thing no matter how loudly some mongoloids screech), and I'd be insulted if I got a job, any job, just because I'm a woman.

It's harrowing to see how these people get angry at simple questions. Like, you need to open yourself to others and see their side of the world if you ever hope to have them on your side. I have friends whose ideals differ so much but we are still friends, and oftentimes it's fun to just talk about a topic where we clash. If you're so closed off in your bubble you'll never see the wrong in your cause and ideals. Having fresh eyes tell you why he/she thinks like that can really be an eye-opening change. Can oftentimes showcase the worries you were having in your ideals and open up the way to peaceful discourse. Everyone out here thinking people hate them when the way their ideals are built is rickety. The most blatant example of this is having kids transition and finding that it's adults and other trans-people celebrating this. Do you not care for children to think for themselves? Do you just want to throw your idealogy on them? Let everyone decide for themselves who they are. And the weirdest part is I don't even think they are seeing wrong in any of this. That's where fresh eyes should come into play. I'm probably rambling here but oh well.

But now I’m looking at all the kids being kept from being kids, and instead being brainwashed with these woke ideologies. I even talked to my cousins who’re now just starting Highschool and believe in these ideologies that feminists and hardcore LGBTQ+ activists spew out their asses.
