初めまして(*^^*) 腸内改善のために、オートミールを試してみようと思っているのですが、プロテインは運動しないと逆効果で太ると聞きました。また、オートミールは朝~夜のいつ食べたら良いのか教えてください。よろしくお願いしますm(_ _)m

オートミールはご飯や、パンなどと比べると、かなり手軽に朝食の準備が出来るので、続けやすいと思います。朝にオートミールを食べると、オートミールに含まれる食物繊維が、血糖値の急上昇を抑えるため、インスリンの分泌が穏やかになるため、太りにくくなります。朝か、昼が良いタイミングだと思います。 また、オートミールは消化に時間がかかるので、ダイエット目的、太りたくない、というのなら、夜より朝食べるのが良いと思います。というか、夜は絶対止めましょう。確実に太ります。私も朝食べ続けたら、体重が落ち、お通じもかなり良くなりました。
