This list is kinda for high school students but it’s also just some fun sports cars for anyone to watch! E36!!! I bought one for 1800$ this Sunday. 95 325i, bone stock, 5 speed, 200k miles. This thing is a goddamn tank. Super fun to drive and parts are actually still pretty available and affordable. Say what you will about current bmw reliability, but these e36s were as strong as they come. Edit: yes, I plan on turning it into a drift missile. Parts ordering has kinda sucked 😅. @@setr0615short answer: sure. I'd say mine was worth it, but it's dependent on how the previous owner(s) have taken care of it. They're 20+ yr old cars, so they're all projects at this point, but parts are fairly cheap and available. It's a good daily if you want it to be and a good project. If you get a deal on one, you don't have much to lose. Best of luck on your search man!

Dude pls tell me what state. I’ve literally started learning about cars and modding them hands on here in Detroit but there’s no IMPORTS!! all of the imports here are overpriced and mostly built already. I’ve checked Ohio I’ve checked Chicago everything is either stock and overpriced or modded and very unreliable

IS300 love is real💙 also if you do get an auto don’t be too quick to dismiss it. Get the stage 2 VB upgrade if you plan on making 450whp or more.

Not trying to beat a dead horse here, but you absolutely can find an IS300 for the $3k range, you just need a little patience and you can actually get a decent one too!

honestly if you really want a car that's reliable, unique and kinda fits a JDM vibe; look at an acura legend. Most are under 4k and its great looking sedan

Personally I’d get a 370z bc I’m a z boi at heart but you have many choices. S2000, Mustang GT S550, Focus ST, VW GTI MK7, BRZ, and many more

The G35 is VERY popular out here in NYC. The all look alike (trumpet exhaust with tinted windows). I can't stand this car anymore. The don't cost nowhere near 3K out here. The prices have gone up.

@@markroden what?!...the GS is bigger, lil more luxurious, and available with a v8. I do hate that we never got them with a manual trans tho( imo that's where the IS outshines it). The IS, is like the cool lil brother that you don't mind taking out with you places. Lol

Mainly Facebook marketplace but if you’re looking for a car I highly suggest you look absolutely everywhere and all the time until you find the right one

You gotta buy it from some dude on Facebook marketplace or Craigslist, make sure you bring a friend just in case so you don’t die alone. I just grabbed a mint tsx for $4500, dude was sketchy as fk though.
