Computers can't distinguish colors.

@octoman_games6 жыл бұрын
Hydrochloric Acid you have to be sentient/conscious to see colors
@hydrochloricacid21466 жыл бұрын
no. What we call colors are just different wavelengths of visible light . those can be measured
@octoman_games6 жыл бұрын
uhm no, what about a piece of paper thats yellow or red, how does a computer distinguish that? show me a computer that can do that
@hydrochloricacid21466 жыл бұрын
we simply measure the wavelength of the radiation coming off it. The figures i cited above are for the 3 primary colors , but as long as the intermediate colors are mapped , a computer would have no issue doing that
6 жыл бұрын
Actually I think any computer after 2005 is smarter than a human because they can complete huge algorithms and has access to almost infinite information, plus it can do all this way way faster than any human.

The only thing computers are missing to become fully sentient is a simple concept, grasp information by is own "will" and then just self improve with anything it doesn't have already, imagine if the computer was able to understand how it works on his own an then started to add new capacities to itself, like if the computer was able to understand how to make itself faster, or how to get itself a new body, or how to control other machines by force in order to execute new concepts...suddenly you got a terminator walking around
