Marni, watching your wonderful content has made me realize that another thing about feminism is that it brainwashed women into avoiding being attracted to men and masculinity. Kept them from even being exposed to an attractive man Some of the common sense things you rightly advise I learned growing up, open doors etc These masculine behaviors are seen as patriarchal nowadays The average woman in California will act offended as a stranger if you open the door for her in a public place, like you are insulting her, treating her a unequal, but I always secretly thought they must love it

I live on the East Coast - Northern New Jersey to be precise. I'd often travel to NYC. Women here absolutely love a gentleman. I always get a thank you being a gentleman to the ladies. I even get an occasional smile after they thank me. And I'm not even doing it just to score. It's in my nature to be courteous and kind to everyone. I'd hate living in California. I open the door for a woman anywhere in CA, I'd probably face a lawsuit being accused of trying to molest a woman.

Here are some more tips guys. 1) Imagine you are waiting for her at a restaurant. As you see her approcahing the table, don't just keep sitting. Stand up and give her a genuine, boyish smile which will tell her that you not only respect her, you are also genuinely happy to see her and were looking forward to her company. 2) Always, ALWAYS, wear a clean shirt, clean underwear and clean socks. And some cologne (do not bathe in the cologne, please. Just a dab her and a little spray there, especially on the chest because usually, women are shorter than men and when you hug her, her face will be in direct contact with your chest. A nice cologne will drive her crazy, believe moi). Women have a very high sense of smell. They WILL, somehow, smell the soiled socks or a shirt that exudes sweat smell and immediately lose respect for you. 3) When starting to eat (it could be anything...noodles, sushi, a burger or a pizza slice), DO NOT start chomping before she starts to eat. In fact, ask her to take a bite of her burger or pizza and then you start eating. This has a magical effect on her, trust me. 4) While eating, if you notice some mayo or cheese etc on her mouth, take a tissue and gently wipe it off. It will melt her heart. 5) In the restaurant, no matter how bad the service is or how tasteless the food is, never (NEVER) insult the waiter. This is a BIG NO-NO. And do not sit down and start calculating tip @ 10%~15% of the total bill in front of her or start talking about the high food prices. You do not want to come out as a cheapskate. 6) Do not (DO NOT) look at her cleavage (regardless of how low her neckline is) or her shapely, hairless legs. She is showing off her cleavage and her smooth legs to you but you are NOT supposed to look at them. This is something I don't understand about women. They wear a beautiful party dress which has a plunging neckline and you gape at the cleavage once or twice and they go mentally "What a pig". Please be careful guys. Some of her body parts are visible and she knows that they are visible (because she looked at herself a million times in the miorror before leaving the house) but you are NOT supposed to look at them. That's how it is. If she as much as even imagines you were looking at her cleavage or her figure or her legs, she will be creeped out at once. 7) This works everytime. In the middle of the night, if you notice her feet are cold, get up and put on socks on her feet. She will forever cherish you for this love and care you are showing toward her. I have been following this trick for more than 20 years and it has worked each and every time. Good luck guys!

What?! 😂. 1-4 are optional but guys PLEASE IGNORE 6-7. 5 is variable especially if the lady has a legitimate complaint otherwise I agree with the comment. Now back to 6 and 7. You're a MAN. Behave like one. Look at her nice body and admire it. In fact, tastefully compliment her. Are you trying to build sexual tension or not? History rewards the bold. That's why the assholes always get laid because they're not afraid of telling her what they want. Not looking at her is a weak move and is a turn off. Just don't stare. It comes off as desperate. Lastly, It's only "creepy" if they DON'T LIKE YOU.

Once or twice I held the door open for a co-worker (the same girl). Not to flirt, I was just raised to respect women. Ever since that day, at work or the two times I saw her out in public, she always looked at me like I had just proposed to her. I did teh same for a second co-worker-again, nothing but common courtesy intended. The second gal always held the door open for me...and I took her out once. Listen to Marni, fellas.

Great video. I always enjoy your perspective. I have done all of your list as just part of my style going back as long as I can remember. I'm not a great listener but I try to stay as engaged as I can out of respect. Laughter is easy. After a lifetime of success the last ten years have been a brick wall for me, not really given a chance and I find myself being pre-emptively friend zoned by women I wasn't even interested in. I think they are all waiting for someone taller or much younger because that's what I always see them dating. And I'm talking about women my age.. The bar has been raised by all women. I get that vibe from you too, the big man kissing the little woman on the forehead, she's protected. I get it. Not much I can do on that one.

Hi Marmi--thank you for this video. You are so right, so many of these "forgotten" actions can prove to be so rewarding. My wife (of 34 years) and I were both raised very "old school". I always walk on the outside of the street; I always open doors for her in public, I'll stand behind her and take her coat (if she's wearing one), I'll hold the back of her chair when she sits (when possible) and I'll make an attempt to rise whenever she gets up from the table. These are natural actions for us and we think nothing about it, but you'd be surprised the reactions and admiration we receive in public. So many women have told my wife how envious they are at such a display of public respect and affection. The most independent women STILL want to be treated special in public and young men should realize it. Thanks again.

Old school only works in spurts for women who get a ton of attention. Otherwise you fall into that white knight shit. Which is basically a pussy. Fun story- had an ex claim rape and I drove out with a bat in my car to hurt people and then she ignored me and banged another guy when I showed up. Now she was probably a wanna be socio so that's a-typical. But old school lightly

A tad late to the party though I'd slide this in right behind Marni's 3rd gesture of opening doors for a girl/lady and that is to pull their chair back, seat her then assist her in pushing it forward prior to you taking your seat. If you are at a 4-5 star⭐️ restaurant and the the maitre d' or server moves to seat her, wait until he seats her before you sit down! I was taught this at a very young age, and was told then what I have told countless employees, protégés and others over the years since and that is that etiquette and good manners are timeless!! I have also tended to Ladies' chairs in a professional setting if the woman was seated next to me(DO NOT do it otherwise in this setting). Of the hundreds of hundreds of times that I have done this over the decades, I recall only one woman ever copping an attitude, at which time I simply smiled, apologized for offending her, waited until she was seated, then I sat down. Again, I apologized to HER for offending HER, NOT for the act of tending to her chair. For that, there is absolutely no apology needed nor will one ever be given. You NEVER apologize for exhibiting etiquette or good manners!!! As I stated, I've done it hundreds of times, from attorneys and surgeons to senior business executives and professional athletes, and leave it to the one individual who took offense to be an unemployed playwright😂😂 If you are uncomfortable tending to a Lady's chair in a professional setting, at least wait until she is seated before you take your seat!! If she or others notice, they will be impressed, trust me, and if they don't, no harm no foul. I own a few bars and nothing makes me cringe more than when a guy walks in with a date, goes to a table and sits down first, not giving his date the choice of seating nor pulling her chair out or assisting her in getting seated or helping her remove her overcoat if she's wearing one. I'd also slide this gesture in right behind Marni's suggestion of opening a door for a Lady and that is opening a Gal's vehicle door for her, letting her get in, get seated, then closing the door. When she is seated and the door is closed, THEN you walk to your side of the vehicle. I'm talking to a lot of beautiful Gals at my bar about this stuff that Marni mentioned and that I posted above, trust me, while most would never ever say anything to ya if you did nothing mentioned, the Gent that performs these types of gestures stands out, stands out in a good way conveys a sense of quiet confidence poise and self assurance that most men lack, ir at least do not display. If she doesn't notice?? Who gives a flyinF🤷🏻‍♂️ Etiquette and good manners are like charity in that they should not be performed for the attention adulation or praise. The fact that it's the right way to behave should be enough of a testimonial. Apologies for the novella🤪 Continued Success Marni🥂 RP

I would add walking a lady home, especially if you live in a rough neighbourhood. I used to do this when j was seeing a lady, and it was usually appreciated. Only thing is, i wouldn't specifically mention that you're doing it for security. If the woman protests a bit, i'd say that the reason you want to walk home with her because you like her company.

The one thing I did was I kissed her hand when I first met her. That night we were all over each other. Sex yes that night. But always follow through throughout the night doing what Marni describes. It all works. For me I knew this long ago and it worked. Now married this is how I did most all this when we dated. It's all about how you're brought up as a child. Be positive and be real. Try really scarry things but in actualality their not as long as you never speak the word sex, or try to go down her pants or touch any part of her without her her actual actions speak she wants you but never go their unless you actually know she wants you. Be polite and be a freaking real man.

I use a number of these kind of gestures almost as a test. The girl that doesn't appreciate them is not the kind of girl I want to be with. IMO, many of these work because there's a social value difference between the two of you, in favour of the man. 1 - hold her face - up that game and put your hand on the back of her neck. 2 - spontaneous public hugs - careful on this one. Use sparingly as it can seem needy. 3 - open doors - the girl who doesn't let me do this is not for me. I'll even tell them that it isn't about being a gentleman, it's about control.😆 4 - introduce her - that's just a duh. NOT introducing her is the much stronger message. 5 - forehead kiss - I'm trying this one. Has the flavour of dominance. 6 - play with her hair - it's got a nonsexual vibe that is in fact quite sensual. 7 - be protective - you're releasing her to be that little girl with you. 8 - feed her - Evo psych 101-alpha eats first. This symbolizes that. 9 - listen actively - presupposes and implies that she's interesting. 10 - sense of humour - It's important but as far as romantic utility I think this assumes she's already or wants to be attracted to you. It is kind of circular as the humour/playfulness can be part of attraction building.

If you learn to listen to a woman when she talks, and give her your undivided attention, and actually be “present”’ in the moment with her. Meaning, you’re not thinking about anything else, or what you’re going to say, but you’re just there for her… and at the same time, you’re making a lot of eye contact with her, and she can feel all that - she’ll no doubt be very TURNED ON! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips

Marni doesn't even pay heed to the one fact about Women is that they won't wait long enough for us to DO these things for them. Women want instantaneous attraction and chemistry, if they don't "feel" that in the first 30 seconds, (if that long), they already want to discontinue the meet-up. I even had one Woman tell me she could tell from my online Photo that we wouldn't have any chemistry, (seriously?). I was dressed to the nines in that photo, Khaki trousers, button up Shirt and Blazer, clean shaven and brand new haircut. I did take the photo myself, so I don't know if that was a factor.

First of all, there's nothing wrong in being single. Second of all, i'd advise you to focus on yourself. Third of all, I think that the best way to meet women is to take up an activity which women tend to like and which can be enjoyable for you as well. For this reason, I'd advise you to consider joining a cooking club or a book club. These are both areas of interest for many women. Hope this helps.
