hi there I've reasantly found yr chanal I think it's brilliant I'm on the verge of getting a bit fitter. I'm stopping smoking. I eat quite healthy I need to defo do more exercise. I'd be so fitter if I cud stop this smoking.

This is one of the reason i love anna.. she don't just give an awesome workouts but she communicate with us. She treated us as a real team "an online friends" . And not just viewers on her videos. And the best part is that she doesn't just read and react with our msgs but she also response..

I adore you girl! You have such a great approach to health and fitness. I used to workout HARD 7 days a week and restricted my calories to the point of fainting. Now I exercise when it feels right about 3-4x/week and eat more and more freely.

I really need that! I had a hand operation 2 months ago and since then I stopped exercising even though I could still do my legs. I don’t know what’s going on with me I have minimal motivation these days!

You're definitely talking about some tips that are reeaaally important!! For example the music. With great music it's really more easy to do a workout. Also the tip with the clothes! I found this out by myself... When i was wearing a shirt or shorts where I can easily spot my belly (my problem area) i felt so discouraged and not sexy at all. But with the right clothes I look into the mirror and talk to myself like "damn you look good! You got this!!!"
