As far as I know, #5 was set to be random in L4D2 where it will always be like that in 1. I've played Crash Course many times over the years and I've seen that van spawn more often than it doesn't. The only guaranteed no-spawn is, I think, Versus.

dont understand why they removed the hunter's walljump animation from both first and third person view but im glad they fixed the super crouch speed and teleport spawn

man 2000+ hours on L4D1 player here. I've not played L4D in years, but the amount of bugs, mechanics like the Hunter b-hop, bugging through roofs by picking someome up hanging from a ledge, bashing a stationary turret for a jump boost, or simply the tactics on certain parts of the map, where 3 survivors would kill themselves as the last one jumps from a building next to the safehouse and takes the win... so many memories

L4D1 i think i have the most memories of. I remember feeling like there was a magic lost in the sequel (though i still enjoyed it and played L4D2 a lot i usually played the L4D1 maps when they were added)

My favorite glitch is still the dead air one where you go straight from the beginning and from the rooftop before you walk through the plank go right and you can jump on the ledge and your character will have the hanging animation on the building and your teammates will pick you back up and now for some funny clips

i know it's a really minute detail, but being able to see your lower body/legs in left 4 dead 1, i kinda missed that in l4d2

i wish they kept the shortcut from number 5, it's such a great example for a risk-reward strategy

A few years ago Left 4 Dead 2 had an update which I'm assuming most people were surprised but that update I'm pretty sure was just to make patches in the game because I remember doing a lot of pipe bomb glitches and other crazy glitches that are now patched but I'm pretty sure with a PC it's possible to play the old patch and relive the experience but you would've had too anyway because not too long ago they made one final update just for PC tho

There used to be the air con box on the back of the first level.... Then it was removed with an update on the PC.... You might still be able to do it on the Xbox 360 version.
