That woman is strong. I do kettlebell exercises. The big one are always going into the heavy range. She is in great shape. Definitely listen to her

5, 10, 15, 20 = 50, and repeat is 100. I got this from Pavel and it works very well in keeping count. About 15-20 second rests (shaking out the lactic acid) between the sets.

That's how I count when I do my 100 snatches...20/20, 15/15, 10/10, 5/5! Thanks for the tip! Keep swinging.

thank you for the video. I just started today. is it okay to bend the knees a little bit when the bell does down? do you have a beginners how video?
@BarresandBells29 күн бұрын
Happy to hear you are learning the kb swing. In a hinge, the knees are allowed to bend but the shins are to stay relatively vertical- keeping the hips higher than the knees. Hinge vs. Squat. Here is the kettlebell basics series that breaks down swings and other moves including the get-up! kzfaq.info/sun/PL26MOz2eECsdoljKtIcfULRDizVDHg9gC

I really like your content and you guys are doing a great job. Why are you filming/uploading 720p? Not sure what you're shooting on but I'd recommend 1080 or 4k. You might not think it matters but people are attracted to crisp, beautifully shot video even if it's a simple kettlebell video. Just my .2 cents... :)

thank you very much for the feedback. I have been thinking of your comments ever since I saw your post yesterday. We film on an iphone and then edit with the apple suite as well. Honestly, I upload at 720p because its 'reccomended' . I will switch it up and see how it goes. Thank you and stay strong!

Thank you. I did it with 2 hands though. Trying to be more comfortable with 2 hands, my weight is 16kg. May have to get lighter weights for single hand
@BarresandBells2 жыл бұрын
Nicely done! Two hand swings are a great way to increase strength and get used to your kettlebell. You may try a slightly lighter bell when building your single arm swing strength, 12kg, or try low reps with your 16kg- 1, 2, 3, 2, 1. Start slow to stay strong!
