FunFamTV-UK it’s amazing, I use it about three times a week for 20-30 mins and I’ve seen some wonderful results especially with my skin. I usually add my favorite essential oils to the water for some additional benefits. Buy it you won’t be dissatisfied. 🙌🏾

Hey :-) everything you said is correct. Before the lockdown I used to go to the spa 3 times a week. This is great for clearing the lungs (can become breathless), relaxes the muscles, refreshes you and as well as clearing the pours....you can get hooked on it which is the next best thing to skiing. Your review on this which I have been looking for is perfect, thank you.

Wanted to build a sauna for years because when I was a kid my mom's friend would regularly take us to the one at the college she went to, and my dad also built one out of a chicken coop which we used for a couple years before he sold that place. They're so awesome, now that I saw this outstanding review I'm so looking forward to the one I just ordered. By the way, Amazon offered me 6 months no interest, so it only was like 15 bucks a month, because the item itself was only 82 and change. Wish float tanks were this affordable! Thanks again sister.

I would highly recommend the infrared as well, yes some can emit emf but the levels are super low and some don't have some at all I believe. They also detox 20% as opposed to 3% from other traditional saunas. The steam saunas also heat from the outside via ambient air where as infrared heats deep in the muscle tissue from the inside out. I like both but the humidity from steam bothers my asthma at times. Appreciate the tips. Thank you

This video helped me decide to buy this kind of sauna instead of infrared. So, thank you very much... I love my steam sauna and I use a small fan after I dry it to make sure the water is gone. It costs pennies and it doesn't make noise. I checked the bottom on the outside and it is never wet. I highly recommend the tiniest fan possible for the inside. :)

Great idea for a moment but I would worry about creating a mold problem in my house. Walls absorb moisture. My 2 car garage is completely dry wall. Outside is the next option. The chore of bringing it in everyday doesn't sound fun. But great video!

Thank you for your video, ordered one :) I think adding some sea-salt or himalayan-salt in the steamar can help some people. The manufacturar could add a blower fan on the steamer/on the line or a small fan on the tent to add oxyzen so people could stay inside longer. If you want you can add a 5v usb blower fan (from ebay 3$), can add a dc motor controler (ebay 2$) :) Mfg could also add a small drain valve on the bottom corner to drain any excess water after use. I saw in some other video's people using this steamer inside the tent (can use if it's water-proof), some using deep fryer (not water-proof, not recommended). Ebay/Aliexpress selling these steamers for around 30$. I might build a 1 or 2 person wooden indoor steam room using these steamers or using water-proof induction cooktop & a pan

100% AGREED! Amazon should PAY Lauren for having SHARE all the GREAT Benefits of home STEAM SAUNA...I saw that model of Sauna with HEAD Sticking out for 3 -4 years of RESEARCH of my great portable but thrown away in 2008 because of moving from San Francisco to Huntington Beach.. thinking NAIVELY that I can BUY another STEAM AROMA TUBE ...about $1500/one comfortable FULL SIZE ADULT like Telephone booth! easy to clean and great steam and comfort posture size.....after 15+ times searches in 5 -6 years, I BUMPED into Lauren's SUPER EXCELLENT Video ! The SAME NIGHT I ORDERED it from Amazon! I have used it for a week now. It is so USEFUL and I still hope for the anticipationg results of WEIGHT LOSS = I weigh myself AT LEAST 10+ a day BEFORE and AFTER I eat or snack anythin! HA HA! I would NEVER NEVER have bought that Steam Sauna without Lauren's SHARE the fact that SHE SITS INSIDE on the floor of the Sauna tent! Yes, I NEED my nasal cavities to CLEAR each time in the DRY SAUNAa and STEAM SAUNA OF 24 hr FITNESS GYM. tHANKS TO LAUREN'S VIDEO, i CAN DO HOME STEAM SAUNA during the Coronavirus pandemic confinement of March - May 2010.

We must warn of the deadly danger we may face even with a portable sauna. I got burned 2 days ago with the explosion of the boiler, few second before, my husband was with his face very close to it, to find out what was that funny sound, and it could have exploded on his face, with the water on the electrical cord...that kind of chair, breaks up easily, and I fell on the floor when it did, I could have got hurt with those metal bars going through my body...one of the zip, broke up after few days....Please, when using it, make sure if you hear some strange sound, unplug immediately the boiler..do not get close to it, put a towel on top of it and wait until it is cold..plastic changes resistance with the passing time, the cover may not be closed properly etc..so be aware of what may happen and prevent dangerous or even deadly accidents

Love this video thanks soo much. I'm planning to order this as soon as i move. I have been using a sauna suit and had great benefits with no excercise , just by wearing it , made me sweat. I lost weight and cellulite. This is my next choice now, because obviously ill sweat even more and besides the sauna body suits rip easy so they don't last and you need to keep buying them . I am excited to get this :)

Heck out dr Rhonda Patrick’s interview with joe Rogan’s KZfaq blog. She states that steam sauna has been shown to increase longevity in Nordic countries that use them extensively. You did a great video here with outstanding tips. Congratulations

She says the Nordic countries' studies use 80 C temp (212 F) and this Amazon one only goes up to 45 C or 113 F.

@@Doriesep6622 Others will go higher 120-150 but still miss the recommended start of 160 degrees for 19+ minutes. HOWEVER- You're still triggering diamorphines and heat shock proteins as you stay in 20-30 minutes. So you're still getting the benefit of this just not the exact benefit of the study by Dr Ronda. Her video's are crazy good.

I clean it out after every use with warm soapy water , a towel will just spread bacteria everywhere, i take a empty juice container and dump it over the entire sauna needs to be cleaned out and turned upside down to dry

I have bad reactions when ever I try to mobilize toxins from herbs, supplements etc. Would this be a way of detoxing to avoid those violent detox reactions?
